Delicious food, fresh, perfectly prepared. Level 1 has just a tad of heat, if you want more you probably should order level 3 or 4. Almost every dish can be served vegetarian. I'm not sure about vegan but I bet it'd be doable as the staff is super friendly. My daughter and I have been ordering the same meals for years: veggie pad thai and veggie drunken noodles. We prefer extra veggies rather than tofu. I always add extra mushrooms. Crab rangoons are fresh and flavorful as well.
