We absolutely love this Pizza Hut. Their delivery service is great, and we also enjoy doing a pay in store carry out order, to come inside and eat. The associates are super friendly, and we always look forward to our next date at the Augusta Pizza Hut! The portions are great for 2, we like to use the website for Hut Rewards deals, and we have left overs every time!

we haven't tried pizza hut in a while. now I remember why. food is tasteless.
wings had barely any sauce or flavor. and the kids wouldn't even eat the pizza. Just throwing $50 away. nasty, what happened? used to be good back in the day.

I am done with this place. They constantly make the wrong food. And 2nd time I’ve contacted corporate. Yet they won’t respond. 6 weeks straight of the wrong food. Today was no different. The employees don’t slow down and read what they are supposed to to make. They see cheese bread for certain dollar amount and since I used coupon it’s spinach and feta but make me a regular based of sale price. Just dumb. And today I placed the order and they had zero orders and zero deliveries. Everyone was there when I showed up and screen showed they had nothing to DO! STILL GOT IT WRONG. AGAIN!
Three weeks ago the app said my cheese bread was ready for pickup. Get there and there’s no cheese bread. Manager tells me “ I forgot to put it in oven”.
I WILL NEVER RETURN. WAY TOO MANY ISSUES. SLOW DOWN PEOPLE. SOLIW THE F DOWN!
Eat local better service. Like Cushnocs.

Ordered 2 LG Xtra cheese & 1 xl Xtra cheese half sausage half pepperoni w / light sauce

1.5 hrs away from nearest pizza hut , i checked top pizza .looked good until I picked it up , that's when I could see it was raw .

1 came undercooked 2 came slammed with sauce . So much more than regularly, that ud wondered did they confuse my light sauce & instead think I ment xx sauce ..
I'm saying that cause it was literally sprouting THREW the cheese, way up on the crust. Couldn't tell if it had Xtra cheese or it was covered.

After calling , u was told they'd replace them , to just come back through and let staff know it's a replacement from Halloween.for JC & told me the store will take care of replacement , instead of calling / emailing messaging. Corporate =customer satisfaction with my complaint ..

They .took my name said it's in the book .

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the pizza for the wrong date and time. I called immediately after I ordered to try to get the delivery changed so that they wouldn’t deliver the pizza. I had to call 3 different times and was on hold for 45+ minutes, was online talking to customer service and no one would help me. Last time I finally got through to the store. Didn’t know it was them. I was very upset at this point. He tried to claim this was the first time my call went through to them and they only have 3 people working and they have been running around. I told him I get it, but it’s been almost an hour and this could’ve been rectified 2 min after I ordered had they answered the phone, and they wouldn’t have delivered the pizza. He apologized a couple times and asked if he zeroed me out and redelivered tomorrow would that be okay? I said yes it would be but they need to do better answering their phones. That I managed customer service and that is unacceptable and a ticket was put in through customer service about the incident. Customer service told me it would take 1-3 days to get a call. I told them that was unacceptable and that this was terrible customer service and I would not be ordering from the pizza huts here anymore. I also put a rating and summary on their fb page. I was unable to get any sleep again before my overnight shift trying to take care of the order. My family will now be ordering from other establishments in the future after this terrible experience. Please avoid ordering from the Augusta, Maine store if you can help it.

ROBERY! This store is nothing but frustration that takes your money and does not deliver food!

Ordered on line, they called me and I missed the call. I called back, was transferred through three call centers before getting to the local store. The woman who answered the phone said they lost my address and canceled the order. They still had the pie but she could not figure out how much to charge me because they lost the receipt. Four minutes later they had recreated the order but their computer froze. They reboted and had to start from scratch and then couldn't understand my english to get the street address right. I admitedly raised my voice to say “sixty-two” at this point and was abruptly hung up on. I called back, went through the call centers, got back to the local store, stated my situation and how annoyed I was at being hung up on, was told I was rude and they didn't have to talk to me. I asked if there was another associate I could talk to. The said yes. Everything re-entered, and, my address was locked as a location they could not deliver to. I suggested they enter a dummy apartment A instead of Apartment 1 or Apartment 10 instead of one. Ten worked. Then their card reader crashed. They rebooted two more times, and said they could not take a card, I had to pay cash. I didn't have cash on me. I inquired if they were just going to throw the pie out, if they could make an exception because they could not take my card, they said no no no, said I couldn't have the pie if I couldn't pay for it, etc etc. I asked again, are they just going to throw it out, and they said no, they would probably try to find someone in the store who could pay for it to consume it. 45 minutes later of back and fourt on the phone, they hung up on me again.

I called the bank. I was charged for the pie I orderd on the internet.

Pizza under baked, ordered cupped pepperoni, onion, green pepper,
certainly didn’t receive that!
Pepperoni certainly wasn’t cupped and A couple pieces of Onions was the outer peel/skin! Ordered wings, won’t again,
pretty small pieces.
