Buyer beware! Ordered pizza tonight on their website. Used my husband's account due to the reward points. Apparently when my order was processed it was sent to door dash and my apartment number didnt transfer. They did try to call, but since my husband was at work, he didnt answer. Yes, it was my fault to not change the phone number, but ordering there several times before with no delivery issues, I assumed tonight would be the same. After waiting over an hour, I tried to call the store. Apparently a call center answered and was not able to give me an update on my order. He had to transfer me to the store. Ok..... 15 minutes later they finally answer the phone. She informs me that they would have to remake my order and it would be another 45 minutes or so for it to be redelivered. I told her to just cancel the order and I'll take a refund. Apparently pizza hut does not give refunds. Just store credit.... ummmm...no. I didnt receive the food I should get a refund. And then either the phone disconnected or she hung up. But im guessing the latter. Tried the chat with customer service on the website. Same thing. Can't issues refunds. Apparently in 1 to 3 business days i should expect a call from someone. But then they couldn't tell me what number would be calling so I know its a legit number. Very frustrating. Especially with 2 hungry toddlers looking forward to pizza night.

Guy on the phone read my order back to me twice and still got my order wrong. When i picked up my order and sae it was wrong i questioned it. Was told i didnt order it that way, despite what receipt says and what the man on the phone said twice. Charged for extras never recieved

Went in today around 1 pm, nobody else in front of me to order. Two people working. The guy working was filling the shakers , looked at me ,and said nothing. There was a woman making a small pizza. She said she'd be with me in a minute. But after she put her fingers all over the cheese on the pizza she was making, she put it in oven. She didn't wait on me, she began making another pizza. I know places are short staffed; however, when you tell someone, you'll be with them, when you finish, then wait on them. But seeing her put her fingers all over someone's cheese and not wearing gloves, I was all set.

Food was supposed to be ready for 11:15 arrived at this time and employee told me he just put my food in the oven so it will be another 15 minutes this is nonsense. Food should've been ready for pickup time.

Very delicious nice dining area just like original. Staff is just a little over suggestive on menu items sometimes. Not insanely just a little bit.

Went to Augusta Pizza Hut looking forward to a dine in pizza with a beer. Though exterior sign prominently announces BEER along with PIZZA and WINGS, current franchise does not have beer. False advertising! Pizza arrived at our table in a take out box. No plates/utensils available at this restaurant…only napkins. If you want pizza, beer, dine in service, you might want to try Wander Pizza or Cushnoc who have received 5star ratings from me and many others.

It's not like the traditional. No salad bar or hostess. Just go in order, you can sit and eat. But you get your own drinks. It wasn't busy when I went. They even brought the food out to our table which I thought was nice vs calling our name
