Front doors were locked with a sign saying. Drive-Thru only! No inside orders! If anything should be open. It's the inside for people that don't have cars. And also for people that would like to use the washroom considering they're paying a high price for drinks.

Summer Berry lemonade is not available. Was told it's a seasonal item. However, it's middle of August and they said they no longer sell it.

It's listed on the menu at the drive-thru as well as a sign. Put up everyday see pictures.

The store is always dirty, closed, or not accepting mobile orders. In what world should it take 45 minutes to get a coffee? Maybe if they are having problems getting help its a management issue at this point.

Drive thru is always backed up, and went the other day on a Monday morning and the lobby and mobile order were closed. And yet, the drive thru was STILL super long.

My sister and I come to this location often and have been very impressed with our barista Kam . He has never failed to make us smile , and is honestly the reason why we choose this Starbucks .Kam is extremely kind , and has amazing costumer service !!!

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, but good lord, the coffee sizing scheme is foolish. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and they dont even put the cream cheese on the bagel for you. I spent /$15/ dollars, and they dont even finish the bagel. A /bagel/. Never going again. Actually insulting beyond description.

Normally we go to starbucks daily but lately in afternoon the young gentlemen running things has us in line 45 min to an hour. He is so slow. We watch people leave the line one after another. Cam needs to be in charge of drive thru he moves it right along and gets everything done with accuracy. I understand being new but this guy is losing you business.

Now tonight Friday December 27 they have everyone waiting at menu board no one at drive thru window. Sadly after waiting 60 minutes locked in the line we are probably never coming back. It too bad if you follow my account my wife and I spend a lot here. Good luck!

Btw they left everyone sitting at order board. Everyone getting mad after waiting so long. No one at drive thru windiw on Friday night. The manager needs to be fired.

Now they punish the best guy on drive thru and take him off drive thru. Replacing Cam with this rude people. If you don't have something you say "sorry we don't have that" not "we don't have that" no apologies or anything. Your even lucky we visit this store at all.

There is something very wrong with this location and has been for more than a year. I've sent an email to Corporate as well as this review.
Mobile ordering is shut off regularly. Ironically, they also regularly refuse to take orders at the counter. One time they told me they wouldn't take more order at the counter and to use Mobile, but Mobile was also off. "Go through the drive thru" they said. Wtf?
This place is also always filled with boxes. Piles and piles of boxes fill the lobby, tables, chairs and counters. No "Third Space" here-- just boxes.
Today I came in for a plain old drip coffee. Nope, they said. We forgot to brew all 3 of the drip coffees we are supposed to have going. It was 11am.
Food display case is usually empty and filthy, in shambles. Been like this for at least a year. Needs someone from Corporate to get involved. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks all over the world and have never seen one this poorly run.

For at least 2 weeks now mobile ordering has been turned off which is frustrating. The last time I went it was 20 minutes for a coffee and croissant. I never thought I'd say it but Dunkin is actually much faster these days. You don't have enough staff working and I feel bad for the employees who are trying but can only do so much.

Terrible, as always. Walk in, order, and wait 20 minutes for your drink while mobile orders are made by the dozens, sitting there on the counter piling up, and you stand there forever, and why? Easily the dirtiest Starbucks in Maine as-well. Its been this way for three years.

This Augusta Starbucks in in shambles. 2pm on a Friday afternoon, and only two people working. Who manages this store? Absolute disgrace. You have driven nearly all of your employees out, and driven morale, and service into the ground with your lack of leadership, and managerial skills. Boxes unopened everywhere and stacked up, filthy floors, cooler, and food display cases half and or completely empty. Wait times for a single iced coffee with cream takes 45 minutes. The owner of this this store should fire the manager, and show up to fix this. This Starbucks used to run like a well oiled machine. The word “order” and this manager have one thing in common - absent.

Very very dirty inside the store. Stuff thrown everywhere. 30 minutes for a coffee. Multiple employees not really doing anything. Extremely dirty store including the bathrooms. Couldn’t sit anywhere because of box’s and pallets everywhere in the dinning room
