Blond haired woman very rude. Not once but twice. Two days in a row. I'm taking my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous. She literally gets paid to work here. If she doesn't like her job should quit not take it out on customers. It's giving desperate Karen....Ridiculous.

I am sorry to say this Starbucks is a disappointment. Employees are unkind, and don’t ever seem to want to do their job. Employees will also say disrespectful things out the order speaker before taking your order. It’s impossible for them to respect your privacy through a conversation that has nothing to do with them. Especially hen you’ve been at the speaker for 5 min already and they haven’t taken your order. I will never come here again.

Sandwich was ready 10mins before drink and the filling was half off the sandwich which was cold by the time I got my drink. Way too much talking instead of working.

I wish I could avoid this place I DoorDash here and every time I come in here the customers food is ready but not bagged and then when I ask them to bag it, they have an attitude and when I come in here to grab a DoorDash, they’re rude and tell me with an attitude not to grab a DoorDash and that they need to check it. They have never checked it when I come in here to grab it just the people that work here are not friendly. They have no customer service skills and they’re rude as hell why don’t you try to put on a happy face and if you don’t like your job, then don’t work in customer service I do this on the side and I have a full-time job so when I’m coming in here to get your Customers items don’t be giving me attitude when I’m doing you a favor by delivering to your customers. I literally can’t stand coming to Starbucks, the Auburn one and the Lewiston one are great. It’s literally the Augusta one every single one of them in there have an attitude every time.

Rarely visit here, but when I do I'm always pleasantly surprised at the staff's friendly attitude and ultra prompt service for takeout orders. They ask questions rather than wait for customers to volunteer info. If this is the result of training, I'm all for it. :-)
That said, the indoor atmosphere could be most bleak & depressing of any SBux I've visited. I mean even before the recent move to reduce seating. The layout & lighting are questionable at best, à la a 2-lane bowling alley with attached cafe.

It's sad dunkin had 2 people working and we're slammed and got me in and out in 4 minutes Starbucks employees told me if I dont like it to not come the. Rude with 0 customer service skills. Would not recommend going here. Also there were 6 people behind the counter making orders. I stood inside for over 15 minutes waiting and they never even had made the order.

I truly feel so bad for the workers here. I believe this Starbucks should be shut down. Waited nearly 1 hour for my coffee in the cafe and had to get issued a refund because he said it was going to be longer wait. They have no staff. Who runs a place like that? This place needs to be closed. There’s no point in operating a business like that. The workers deserve better too.

Absolutely terrible customer service! On a weekly basis I have experienced horrible customer service at this location.
Waited for over half an hour for a hot coffee with cream and sugar. Got my daughters drink 25 minutes in then the barista said the names of the next 3 people and my name wasn’t on the list. Think they would have made the drinks in order. I waited another 10 minutes but had to get to an appointment. If you’re not going to make the drinks of people who walk in don’t have walk in service.
The worst run Starbucks I have ever seen! Over 20 min wait for mobile orders? Store is dirty and staff rude!

Closing down the inside to only focus on drive-thru is definitely a bad choice. Especially considering there are clearly not enough staff to maintain drive-thru without 10-car lines forming. Additionally, the lack of response from management is disturbing. Responding to every comment with the same automated message makes you look just as lazy as the workers leaving boxes strewn about the lobby.
