The workers were very friendly. I got my coffee promptly. And there was no problem with it. My problem was while I was in line and noticing all the flies that were buzzing all over the menus up on the wall. And then, as I started to look at the tile backsplash underneath those menus, you can see that the blue tile is just covered with all kinds of Gunk. I don't know how long it's been since they've been cleaned, but there are literally dead bugs stuck to it. All I was getting was brewed coffee so I don't really care, but you know they might want to look into possibly wiping the store down a little once in awhile. As somebody that used to work as a cook in a restaurant. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to clean all those surfaces every night, but who am I to judge?

Most horrible coffee I've ever had in my life. Went through the drive through and they gave me the worst coffee and forgot to put the brown sugar syrup in it , went back to get a different one and they put ice in it when I asked for hot. Horrible service, terrible coffee, and they didn't even seem to care. I'll never go back there and give them zero starts. Don't go there, you'll waste your money and time!

The girls can be real rude here and there drinks ain’t good enough to put up the there attitude I always feel uncomfortable in every Starbucks I go in so I won’t try it again they cost to much too
Not even closing time and they were “out of” most drinks. Claimed the espresso machine was down. Would not recommend going here
This place is located inside the Target store. They took out all the furniture from the Starbucks, so there is currently no sitting area in the store, but it's good for takeout.The customer service here is unbelievably awesome. I came in with a large party and due to my own mistake I paid with Google Pay, which charged my credit card instead of the Starbucks card. I asked for the refund on the card and charged it to the Starbucks card instead. Fighting the computer system, the barista and the customer service associate spent a ton of their time working to refund me everything correctly. After the taxes were rounded the wrong way, offered me the difference in cash, and when I (due to absent mindedness) walked out of the store forgetting the transaction was in progress, the barista actually ran out after me, found me in the parking lot and said they have my transaction ready to refund, inviting me to return and finish the transaction. When I thanked her for the extra kindness, she humbly replied that she is just doing her job!Very happy such people still exist in the world, I just hope there is more and more of them.Thank you all so much for a great experience, really appreciate your time and effort!
Awful I asked for croissant not warmed she handed me a warmed one I said excuse me I didn’t want it warmed she yelled at me said you never said that which I definitely did I told her she didn’t have to be rude and yell at me she said I was rude and called me a name I wont repeat I wont go back to this Starbucks ever pretty sad I don’t live in maine I’m here on a nursing contract first rude and nasty person I’ve met in maine

The team-members are always so kind, and my drinks are always made perfectly! They are always smiling, even when it’s very busy.
I have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. I think the lines get long here but people dont seem to mind waiting. I live in Camden and sometimes make the hour drive here to get my coffee. Always always have had exceptional customer service in here rather I go in or through the drive though. I think this is why customers are loyal and think it's worth the wait!
