sign on counter saying they won't honor many subway coupons, including the one my family had. walked out. what good is it for subway to put out discounts when your local store won't accept them. our family won't be back.

They send coupons in the mail and then don't accept the coupons. It doesn't make any sense at all. It's the whole reason we went there.

Would leave this place 0 stars if possible. worst subway ever. didnt get anything right on my orders, asked for a refund. only got half of the money I paid for and the management
isn't existent. I went in, asked for a refund or the food to be made correctly. To then being threatened with calling the cops immediately after asking for these. After being mistreated for over an hour, I had to resolve this myself through doordash who couldn't get my entire refund. Being in food service management and being treated this horribly is just a PSA for anyone wanting a family experience, or just to be treated like a human being when something gets messed up, you fix it. not blame it on your customers and threaten them.

The inside is small, no seats. The food is good. Fresh. The problem I had was the workers. Except for one young lady, Sarah. She was absolutely phenomenal. She did her best to take care of everyone. Fast. Polite. Happy and always smiling. She took the rude customers in stride. Never let them affect her ability to make amazing sandwiches. She has tue knowledge of people twice her age and knows her worth.

I keep trying Subway hoping it will be good like I once remembered but it just isn't. I think their bread is always stale. I'm officially done with subway. I always get curbside and that's the only thing I appreciate about this specific store.

When the lady that was making my sandwich reached for the pickels she pressed her entire chest into my sandwich, squishing it. The shirt was not clean.
I didnt say anything at the time because i didnt wanna be rude, but how can you be so unaware of your space!?

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered a meatball sub, it came with some sort of sweet teriyaki or chili ginger sauce on it. Tried to get the issue resolved - corporate says they can’t do anything and it’s up to the franchise owner. Franchise owner wont respond. Haven’t stepped foot in a Subway since. The quality and value of their subs have decreased over the years.

I don’t know the ladies name but she was literally the nicest person I have ever met and it was 10:30PM. I hope she gets a raise, she deserves literally everything. She was even hungry yet still so nice.

Granted it was busy and only 1 person working, the employee tonight should have taken their time anyway because is subway not a McDonald’s drive thru. Sandwiches and salads were rushed and sloppy, very unforcomfortable as if we were an inconvenience being there. I was charged for everything individually no meal deals or anything even though that’s what I requested. $50 later we got a foot long, 6 inch, protein bowl with 2 meal deals. No napkins. It was just silly I’ve been here dozens of times this isn’t how it’s done.

This is literally the Worst Subway I have ever stepped foot in . The Owner was there the last time I was in there and was strait out screaming at his employees . It was dirty inside as well .When I finally was ready to hear to order after the yelling I asked if they accepted coupons and the employee said our Owner doesn't accept these here . I was more than enough ready to leave anyway from that point !
