Got a power bowl for the first time in a month or two and it’s now the size of my hand and still $10. I asked for just tomato and onion instead of pico and got charged to have less ingredients than it usually comes with I’m sick of the corporate greed to say the least

Put in a mobile order at 1108. App said will be ready at 1113. Go into the store and watch as people order... get their food and leave. Get my order at 1133. No apologies or anything. Standing there for more than 20 min was never approached and asked if I needed help or if I was waiting for a pick up order. Food was also cold as ice. A waste of time using the app when the drive thru is obviously more important

Look, the food is what you'd expect for Taco Bell, delicious. But I gotta say, take pity on the crew. Pop music and tracks from the greatest showman at almost 7:30 at night. Guys this is psychological torture! My thoughts go out to those brave souls.

2nd slowest taco bell ive ever been in ( #1 portsmouth nh now closed) used to think it was because of it being new (and because people in maine are unfamiliar with taco bell and tacos). But they are just slow.
update i would say almost as fast as anywhere else gave 2 more stars. but you are always waiting behind a mainah who has never ordered in taco bell i guess.
Update#2 after 6 years i dropped it to 2 stars because there were 10 workers in there including 2 district managers. No customers really and it took them 20 min to give me 3 bean rice burritos no cheese but they put on the cheese. Then they argued with some guy about the price of a crunchy taco.
Update #3 after 8 years it is still as slow as some molasses in ft kent in january. I also dont like the entrance because the drive thru people take up the whole lane and you cant enter.

Went through drive thru to pick up my online order got to the window and my order was all ready and still hot. Was all around a great experience.

Literally the best Taco Bell food we’ve had in years. Grilled cheese steak burrito was awesome and the bean burritos had fresh chopped onion. Everything was hot and fresh!

horrible service. workers are all young teenagers. worker also ate my fries while packing them into the box. our tacos and burritos were not even put together.
Ordered the works and they exceed my expectations well beyond.... The app offered too many extras and they killed it!! 10 out of 10

Despite several employees on site we could not find a table that was clean. Condiment bins were empty and filthy. Due to "not having" stock, an item in the $7 box was substituted with a lesser cost product. Counter girl was knowledgeable, however, she talked like a robot. The entire restaurant was run down and filthy. Will not return.

We use the self-order screens which are easy to use and quick! Our orders have not been messed up yet! We can usually feed our family of five for around $30. Not the healthiest option but comes in handy when we need some fast food!
