Couldn't order at those ridiculous kiosk, so I totally went Chad. Jolene greeted me with a righteous coolness Manhattan me leaving with a smile. Jolene you're a rockstar.

When we went in to order there was one young man making food, he asked us if we needed to order, I said yes. He was obviously busy making food, and was unable to leave the line. About 10 minutes later three girls came out of the back together, and for the next few minutes that I waited, none of them acknowledged us or came over to take our order. Eventually I left. Extremely disappointed.

Do not go here if you need modifications to your food. They have consistently messed up my order, which is the number 5 with no tomatoes and a diet Pepsi. Which is a fairly easy modification to make, it will either be given to me with tomatoes, or in the most recent case, when asked to remake an order with no tomatoes, no tomatoes and no ground beef. I also frequently receive a regular Pepsi.
Go to the combination Taco Bell and KFC if you want your food to be correct and not whatever they feel like giving you.

Have given them many chances, order is consistently wrong. This most recent time my spouse got tomatoes on something she asked for no tomatoes on. We brought it back (nachos) and they made one with no tomatoes but also gave her no meat on them. Her soda was also wrong. Every time we come here we have to go back to get our order correct. The only mod we really make is no tomatoes. Will be going to the KFC/Taco Bell combo from now on.

Service is FAST and the employees are polite and helpful, always. Even when I hem and haw over my order, I never feel rushed. Food is consistent in quality and goodness the price is right! You can get a staggering amount of food off of their value menu, if you play your cards right. Orders have always been correct in my experience, no missing items. Thanks to the staff for always being prompt and cheerful.

Huge waste of money and time. They had probably 2 employees inside. I feel bad for the workers there, so this review doesn't really apply to them, it's for the management. The food was not ready. The tortillas were not heated or were sitting out for hours, they were dry and hard. They were super stingy on the ingredients. I ordered a two piece chicken tender for my kid. I did not give it to him. It looked like it was from yesterday. Hard, fried for too long, and very dark. We waited in the drive thru for at least 25 min. They didn't give any utensils for my taco bowl, so I had to walk inside and get them. About 8 people inside were waiting for their food. The Civic Center Dr location is at least a little bit better than this one.

Really had to leave a 5 star, the person cashing me out today remembered that I had come through with my sick cat (though I forgot) and I think that’s great service to remember a customer! The person who ran the drive through window at about 4:30-4:35 7/8/2025 THANK YOU FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, we need that these days!💖

Not quite sure what management is doing. The time to get on the line and help is when your page one of orders is full; not when when you’re on two. It looks like inventory is being done, or stocking maybe, but I haven’t walked out of here in under ten minutes in the past few orders. You don’t do any paperwork at 12PM on a weekday. When the manager is seeing this happen and not offering anything to people to make up for this, or changing his effort, it’s clear who the issue is. There’s a girl on the front line walking him through bagging and organization and it’s just a subpar experience. And it wasted half of my break
25 minutes to get my food, everything was gross. Got a bag full of of chip crumbs and a tortilla with cheese. Go somewhere else seriously.

Idk about the atmosphere but we went through the drive through and the lady working it was so friendly and nice and really seemed like she actually was enjoying her job.
Anyway five stars for her four stars overall because y'all probably don't pay her enough.

This has got to be one of the most abhorrent experiences I have ever had at any restaurant ever. As a a person who has worked food service for years myself I can say without a reasonable doubt that these employees don’t know what they’re doing. Espicially during a lunch rush. I get that fast food places get busy, however. You don’t make the people in the lobby wait for thirty minutes to an hour to get a thing called fast food. I had simply ordered a drink and they couldn’t even get that to me. They were also ignoring other customers who had been there longer than me. I ended up walking out without either my drink or a refund because I was that furious. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Do better.

I don’t leave reviews unless it’s a multiple time thing I go to this Taco Bell a decent amount of time and I can’t say they have never gotten my order right they either forget something or don’t make it correctly or all together give me the wrong order the person at the window on night shift is never pleasant always feel rushed corporate needs bring some attention to this store it’s ridiculous I spend 20 dollars due to inflation on a meal for two and it’s not even what I ordered so disappointed
