I've ordered here twice and both times the quality of the food was terrible compared to other locations. Seems thrown together with 0 effort. Missing ingredients. Sloppy. Rice on one side of a burrito, rest ingredients on the other side. Do yourself a favor, go to any of the other food spots literally next door or across the street

This location seems to always be out of something or the other, one time I came in and they couldn’t grill the cheese on my burrito because they didn’t have any paper to do it. Now today they have no ice for the $3 drink we got. Then when I got my grilled cheese burrito it was LITERALLY HALF the size of the ones they give me at the location by the civic center. Overall it’s a horrible location.

There is something seriously wrong with how this Taco Bell is being ran/staffed. All of the employees here are very nice, but almost every time I order, there is something missing or I get the wrong item, and I see/hear someone else's order get messed up every time I'm there.

I have to give credit where credit is due. I'm so happy with Taco Bell's great service, hot fresh food, and perfect portions. They're definitely giving the beef again. I'm telling everyone to come back to Taco Bell on Western Avenue because it is worth it. Spend your money locally. Excuse the picture it’s a Mexican pizza it got a little messy from car ride but it was picture perfect at first sight. They even wrapped my taco so professional love it.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. We ordered a supreme bean burrito, but they added “BEEF” my husband is allergic to beef and eggs. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff showed no concern, and even the so-called “employee of the month” didn’t apologize. It’s unacceptable to be so careless with food allergies. This location desperately needs better training or new staff!!!
Another one to avoid, 20minutes for a couple tacos with no toppings is insane. Ordered mobile which might have something to do with it but if that's the case they have problems anyways. But after 20mins the order coming out wrong is just insulting. Staff couldn't care less about anything going on in the store. Just not a spot to stop.

Went to western ave. No menu due to them switching to kiosk...bigggg mistake...not every1 loves technology and understand how it works...they had no idea of taco Tuesday but then said they weren't aware of what to do or honor it unless we download the app....not every 1 can do so...so ya lost our business...and the one with KFC in Augusta wouldn't honor it due to them being apart of KFC not just taco bell...so not happy with the quality of your food anyway half the time and the price gage is crazy too!!! Tired of paying more for less and crappy food!!!...
