The attitude of employees was disappointing. They lack the drive to help serve customers. They are slightly rude and made me feel as though I was bothering them. I ordered a KFC Family Bucket and was then told no chicken available. So I asked for an empanada, was told only option available was a soft taco. So I asked for a chicken soft taco. Then was told only option was beef. No cheese. No veggies. So I left.
Hey, you know what your going to get! Very rarely does the quality of the product they put out change from location to location. But what does is the friendliness and professionalism of the workers. Very rarely do I get an eager, ready to delivery with a smile and polite gestures associate. Mostly they have an overall attitude like they just want to fill the orders coming in and get through another shift. Most likely this has a lot to do with management, how they are treated and...
