I wish I could share the photos I took of our food, but we ordered a side of fries with one of our to go meals and the container had about 8 fries total in it. My son was missing his Mac and cheese from his meal so all he had were fries. My food was a MESS. I ate my food, but I was upset that my son just had fries. We live about 40 minutes away otherwise would have gone back to fix the issue.

Very friendly staff, unfortunately we had an hour wait to get in. After being seated, our food took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. It would have been helpful to know how far behind the kitchen was when we arrived. Had we known that we were over 2 hours away from our food when we walked up to the counter, we would have not eaten here.

1.5 hr wait on a Friday night when we were quoted 45 mins. Another hour wait for food. Food was wrong twice. None of the steaks were the right temp. I had to ask for a table touch. The restaurant wasn't even at capacity, and they were turning away online orders. I had to ask for a table visit from the manager/owner. He was a nice guy, but his team is letting him down massively. I watched so many of his employees walking around only worried about their table and nothing else in the restaurant. A lot of his servers and management staff were walking around with their heads up their butts and bitching and complaining about other servers. Major overhaul needed with his staff. Lil boys walking around as managers that wouldn't know the first thing about running a restaurant. You need to train a fire expo, get out of that window and get your eyes on your restaurant. I'm sorry, but your kitchen manager can sell food from the expo window. You need to manage your restaurant, get your aces in their places, trim that useless staff, and have a serious talk with yourself and your staff of you want to stay open and successful.

Got extremely ill after eating here Monday evening from their Ceasar salad or ranch. It's the the only different thing from everyone else in in family that ate. I've been extremely ill.
The manager said they would follow up on Wed or Thursday and they haven't.

I suggest no one eats here because the lack of care and horrible service. You also never know if the food will be on point or a flop.

Last year they tried serving us food that was rotten lettuce and horrible potatoes that was cold and had hair in it and raw chicken.

I'll be going to the hospital later today with the little bit of food left from them to have hospital send in for testing. Also to get to the bottom of what is wrong. Since they truly don't care.

Ordered ribeye/rib combo...got shrimp. Food was awesome (not sure about shrimp, obviously) but had to ask just to have the combo price removed and then the server wanted a thank you for correcting the bill!?! Would have thanked you for getting order correct. No management contact either...

My daughter’s steak bites that were to be medium were literally charred black burnt, meanwhile the well done burger was undercooked. When our food was brought out a full glass of soda (that we just got 15 min after asking for the refill) was knocked all over the table running down in some areas to lap and shoes). Instead of it being wiped up right away they just kept giving us our food expecting us to put it on the wet table and continue to eat anyway. Not to mention there were 8 of us and 1 was a baby needing a high chair yet they sat us in a tall booth at the bar and then came back and said we couldn’t have a high chair there. The whole thing was a hectic mess.

Have had good experiences in past but tonight was terrible. Took almost half hour just to take order than just as long to get food. Steak was very thin and couldn’t even finish it. A waitress kept coming up and asking someone to get them unbanned from another restaurant to the point that I was about to ask for a manager. Lights kept flickering over the bar. Only thing that was good was the margarita. Won’t be eating here for a while now.

Good food, good service. But, I have a problem with trash, stray food and floors that aren't cleaned up regularly. Come on Texas Roadhouse you can do better cleaning up the floors. There was a time, not that long ago, those that bussed the tables also cleaned under and around the table on the floor. You had wait staff hanging around their order station chatting with each other. There's a saying, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean"! You have plenty of wait staff that could be helping clean up the floor, that shouldn't be left for the end of the night.

Not terrible.
The food was ok. I had a burger that when I first laid eyes on looked absolutely delicious. But it ended up being about average, actually a little disappointing.
I got to give them props on the rolls though, and the butter-worth the trip. I’m gonna generously give 4 stars here today.

I gave it 1 star because we came to dine in and ordered 6 meals. 4 of our meals came out together. Our other 2 meals came about 15mins later. When the manager in red female came over and all she said was that, Lucy our waiter made a mistake and didn't hit the large party button. She never apologize! While we were waiting for the 2 meals to come out, the manager in the red female went over to the manager in the green a male and were talking about what had happened while staring at us which made us feel uncomfortable like we did something wrong! The lady in the red definitely needs more training on how to be a manager. Lucy was great and we felt bad for her as the managers were talking about her and eyeballing her! Lucy tried getting the meals taken off our bill but the manager in the red refused! I've been coming here since 2007 and have never felt the way we did. I ended up boxing my meal and my father in-laws meal. It was his 68th birthday and this is how it ended. One last thing the manager in the red female kept coming over to the table in front of us to make sure the lady and young boy were well taken care of. I'm not sure if they were family but they definitely got the great treatment. Managers should be leaders and this lady in the red wasn't. The male in the green really didn't do anything other then look over at us! Lucy apologized a ton. I'm disappointed and it maybe a few before we return!
