My family and I came to this restaurant a few weeks ago during lunch time and we had the best meal and the best service! Since we had such a great time, we thought we would come again last evening and enjoy another great meal. Unfortunately, this time was not so great. Our server came over and actually sat down at our table and took our order which we thought was unprofessional. When our food arrived we asked for our steaks to be cooked well done and when we got to the middle of the stakes they were pink. My husband did not want his recooked because then it would have destroyed the whole steak. We were trying to enjoy the sides at least but the waitress came over and then started sweeping almost right underneath our feet and moving tables and chairs that were right next to us in order to sweep and clean. Personally, we do not want to be eating food when dust and dirt is being thrown up from the floor right next to us. It wasn't a very pleasant experience. I hope if we decide to return at a later date that these issues, do not repeat themselves. $86.00 meal that we did not enjoy. We still tipped our server and left.

Seated quickly, wait staff checked on us frequently at beginning and then let us enjoy our meal, both managers came by to introduce themselves and see if we needed anything, and of course food was yummy!
They sat us in a quiet area even though it was my birthday, my san and daughter in law took me out, it was steak time, they didn't get it right but it was worth waiting for

Had such a wonderful experience this evening! Our waitress (I believe her name was Megan, she had short dark hair) truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing dining experience. Dining out with two toddlers can definitely be a challenge, but she made the entire meal feel stress-free and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, especially when it came to allergies and the kids’ meals, asking thoughtful questions to make sure even picky eaters would be happy; which made such a difference for us as parents. Despite the restaurant being packed, we Never felt forgotten. She was polite, fast, and on top of everything the entire time. You could tell she genuinely cared about her tables. Huge shout-out to Megan for making our night so pleasant, she’s an absolute rockstar and the kind of server that keeps families coming back! 👏✨💛

We visit Texas Roadhouse often—both the Scarborough and Augusta locations—and have always enjoyed our experiences. But last night stood out above all others thanks to our server, Maddy C. She provided the best service we’ve ever had at this restaurant.
Maddy was prompt, attentive, and completely on top of everything. She went above and beyond to make sure our meals were exactly as ordered and checked in regularly with drink refills. Not once did we have to flag her down—she was always right there when needed. On top of that, she was friendly, engaged, and genuinely made our dining experience exceptional.

I ordered take out yesterday and have never been here before. I ordered a steak, fries and broccoli. I received the steak, mashed potatoes and no broccoli. I called and spoke to a manager who said she would refund the sides but it didn't happen. Sad to spend $30 on an incomplete meal.
