Who’s managing this place?? The quality of the food is just not there. Dried out and cold. Gross. Not to mention every employee I saw when I went there was either touching their hair or bare hand rubbing their nose. Huge servesafe issue.
Drive a 1/4 down the road and just go to Burger King or McDs. This place is a waste of money.

Nasty old blonde lady with the worst attitude. Walked out after being yelled at by her because she didn't have the time to take our order. Yelling at me to use the kiosk that's broken. The amount of flies was concerning too.

Food is never made correctly at night never have any issues during the day but at night they don’t care crazy how two different shifts are Go during the day you’ll get great service and your food will be great

Person taking orders was very polite and patient. I went though drive through after a 7 hr unfortunate event . I was banking 3 hrs of sleep and a hungry family.
The man was extremely patient. Our food came hot and made absolutely correctly. Happy family after a long anxious day!

I've been going to Wendy's for years. In fact my son has made fun of me because I never gone to McDonald's for a burger because I depended on Wendy's for a great tasting Burger the quality has really gone downhill at Wendy's the burgers are greasy

There was unasked for pepper on both sides of the egg n cheese sandwich, which was also very floppy. Egg was a bit grey around the edges.

Ordered through drive thru and when I got home to eat my food I found hair in my burger. I really didn’t need the hair along with my food they need to pay attention to what they are doing and also pay attention to the order it isn’t hard to read

This is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I visit i sit in the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes. Not at all fast food. Food is normal quality. If you order fries they barely fill the box, no stragglers in the bag. As I pull up to the window the employees are just laughing and pushing each other around. No respect for customers.

New remodel. The place looks great. Ordered a Dave's triple, and I was the only one in line at the drive thru at 515pm. It was ready super fast and was super fresh and hot. The service was ok. Nothing spectacular but not poor either.

Facility is disgusting, and unsanitary, Staff were very unpleasant and incompetent, felt rushed out of the restaurant, Not from the area and was completely disgusted as a customer, will never return!!! I ordered a #1 dave’s double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, exactly how it’s made and they give me a sandwich with none of that on it, 2 layers of bacon on it, has no lettuce, no tomato, old cold fries.

Lobby has been closed for 4 weeks. Drive thru line I as usually very long, poor customer service. Arrogant Mgr. Etc, etc, food was lousy & tepid
