Been standing in the lobby for half an hour now, and have not seen a single person. I ordered a mobile order before I even headed here. If I could figure out how to get a refund on the app I would have already left. Not a single other person has come in. It’s a small breakfast order for one person. The place smells like sewage. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered lunch around 1:30 today. The gentleman working the counter refused to get more lids for the large cups and when he did argued with me about whether I needed one or not for the large drinks me and my family ordered. Telling me “don’t take all of them”. He also turned away another family telling them it would be 20 minutes before he could take their order. I asked him to please put my food into a bag, I thought I had selected carry out, and he argued with me telling me I did not select carry out, another customer and I both just asked if he’d please just put it in a bag and he slammed my food into the bag, ripping it. I am not likely to come back.

We went to Wendy's for the salad hoping for a couple of non-meat options, but staff couldn't tell us what was in their salads. Okay, so we ordered a baked potato and a chocolate Frosty. No good, they were out of potatoes. Oh, they were also out of chocolate Frosty. Okay, I ordered a taco salad. It came with no taco chips. The staff didn't seem to know why and couldn't find any, They gave me crackers instead. This was pretty disappointing experience, so I wouldn't go there if I were you.

I would like to share a picture of the large chili I just brought home with no-salt fries. I came home poured the fries into a bowl, dumped the large chili after adding the chilli seasoning, I added sour cream, fresh cut chives, added two of the wendys chili seasoning packets and eating. Yummy.

Who’s managing this place?? The quality of the food is just not there. Dried out and cold. Gross. Not to mention every employee I saw when I went there was either touching their hair or bare hand rubbing their nose. Huge servesafe issue. Drive a 1/4 down the road and just go to Burger King or McDs. This place is a waste of money.

Nasty old blonde lady with the worst attitude. Walked out after being yelled at by her because she didn't have the time to take our order. Yelling at me to use the kiosk that's broken. The amount of flies was concerning too.
Food is never made correctly at night never have any issues during the day but at night they don’t care crazy how two different shifts are

Person taking orders was very polite and patient. I went though drive through after a 7 hr unfortunate event . I was banking 3 hrs of sleep and a hungry family. The man was extremely patient. Our food came hot and made absolutely correctly. Happy family after a long anxious day!

I've been going to Wendy's for years. In fact my son has made fun of me because I never gone to McDonald's for a burger because I depended on Wendy's for a great tasting Burger the quality has really gone downhill at Wendy's the burgers are greasy

Ordered through drive thru and when I got home to eat my food I found hair in my burger. I really didn’t need the hair along with my food they need to pay attention to what they are doing and also pay attention to the order it isn’t hard to read
