The negative feedback is strictly due to the ill tact low feedback that this location has given on their neighbor and nothing further. To leave low/poor feedback for someone just for using a photo is appalling and rude. The absolute lowest possible thing to do to another business. Low enough to where I was researching the area for places to go and had Glens in my list of places to visit. Unfortunately, I saw their negative response to a neighboring business for using a photo that they deemed as theirs. What a joke. I no longer plan to visit Glens. Not until they remove their own low feedback. What Jerks...!!...
