We took a trip down to Bailey’s Island today. At first we were disappointed that Cook’s wasn’t open. But then we discovered Sun-drenched. In a word, OMG! I ordered the lobster BLT. IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD! Apparently bacon is now fried pork belly and what have I been missing. Lots of lobster, topped with lettuce, mayo and perfectly cooked pork belly. Who knew! My hubby had the haddock sandwich which was also good.
