I was on my way to work so I called Applebee's to order take-out. I was told the good price was for dine-in only and they wouldn't sell the food I wanted for take-out. I went to Wendy's instead. I've never had a restaurant refuse to sell me food because I didn't have time to eat it there. What difference does it make where I eat the food? The person who decided that policy should be fired. I won't be doing business with Applebee's anymore. The idea of Applebee's turning away customers who don't have time to eat inside the restaurant is absurd.

Restaurant is clean and service is good, but the food isn't amazing and the price is crazy considering the modest portions. Inferior in just about every way to Chili's. In most direct comparisons, I have found Chili's to be not only better tasting but also a better value.

The Impossible burger was pretty good. A bit salty. The waitress kept repeating the same word (awesome) a lot. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. It's a chain restaurant. You pretty much get exactly what you're expecting. More vegetarian/vegan options would be nice. Good central location.
My husband and I went to Bangor for the weekend and had big plans of going to different places to eat. Those got trashed after we had Applebee's the first night via Uber. We ended up going back there to eat in person the next night. Food and service were both amazing. It continued after we left. My husband left his Jays hat there in a chair. Not only did they find it but the manager Jason mailed it back to us in Canada. That's the kind of service that makes people come back. Thanks!!!

Just alright. The chips for the chips and salsa were stale. I got the honey mustard chicken salad and the chicken was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. My boyfriend like his burger but my son asked for his to be medium well and honestly we probably should have sent it back because it was undercooked. Our waitress was nice but they were super slow taking our order and we were in there around 7 pm but didn't really need to sit in the bar area with my son.

The food is excellent, great service. This is my "go to" Restaurant. Big portions, great allergy menu, and great prices.Dietary restrictions: The app is very easy to choose from items that are allergy friendly. ( Milk, nuts, eggs, fish)
Super fast service from Alex at the bar. Food was great, Alex was attentive even with a full bar and the atmosphere was bumping. First time Applebee's experience. Definitely will return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free
