I especially like to customer service I get at all of the Dunkin locations. I do frequent the State Street in Brewer location EVERY day. A shout out to the tall young man with tie glasses that Isee most of the time. A friendly smile gpes along ways.

I figured I would come on and share this short story My Wife works as the head of her department at the hospital and I work for myself so I am able to leave and bring her coffees throughout the day. I stopped at a different Dunkin today and got her a coffee and was treated with A poor attitude, The wrong size coffee, they corrected it however they did it poorly in the coffee didn’t really taste like coffee and I ended up bringing it to the Hogan Road location and they greeted...read full review
