“This is one of the best Dunkin's in the Bangor area. The people are friendly and take the time to learn your name if you come in regularly. My order is almost always made perfectly, on the rare occasion something isn't right, they are always happy to fix it without question or attitude.Parking: There aren't many spots for parking, maybe 8 or 10 out front and slightly more out back. However, this dunkin is fast so spots open up all the time.“
“The crew was fast and accurate with my order. I did have to tell the staff making my strawberry shortcake coolada how to make it though. I gave them a pass on it as they was young and it was a favorite drink 20 years ago at DD's. I can say the owner knew what it was just looking at it. He smiled and said he had not seen one made in a long time.For curious minds it is simply strawberry and vanilla bean mixed together. ?“
“This location is phenomenal, I never have had any issues here. All the staff are always friendly and awesome when it comes to my order's. Regardless of how they are feeling during that time weather it's stress levels high or what have you they are on top of it. They all work really really hard. I just want to say I understand the stress they go through from work. I use to be a manager at the dunkin in Eddington, I now own shares of Dunkin, I have also been a Manager for Tractor Supply and Wendy's as well and I am a very high share holder for both those companies as well. The staff at this location work extremely hard and go the extra mile Regardless of the annoying mobile order's that come through I totally get it I was extremely annoyed with mobile order's back to back constant as well. I am now a regular for this location. And employees/managers for this location. I just want to let you know your hard work is noticed Regardless of the bad reviews sometimes a lot of people do understand and do notice you. Great job to you all!!!.“
“Every employee I've met here has been fast and friendly. Good service, even under the pressure of a constant stream of customers. The challenge is the line: in the morning or afternoon the wait often has drive-through traffic piling up into the road in both directions, near some daily busy intersections. Not having room to meet the demand is a limitation of the property I imagine, but I would probably drive through myself a lot more often if the line were not backed up into traffic.“
“Newly renovated, utilized the drive up for breakfast on the road ~ tasty sandwich, hash browns & coffee. Superb service. While I waited for my sandwich the drive up attendant actually got a couple of donuts holes for my dog, on the house, after asking permission. Thank you!“
“I get a Bacon Grilled Farmer's Breakfast Wrap without chipotle sauce every morning on my way to work, Monday through Friday. I've kind of become a familiar face to the stellar morning crew at this particular location. In my opinion, Tim Hortons breakfast food is so much more tastier, and definitely fresher, than Dunkin Donuts, so I'm very grateful that I live close enough to Canada that I have access to 4 Tim's that are all relatively close to my house. The owner of the local Bangor area Tim Hortons is a super nice guy who still goes to work, and gets his hands dirty. A few times a month he works the drive thru, and he's always cracking jokes while giving A+ customer service at the same time.Wheelchair accessibility: It is.“
“For those of you complaining about the rest room being locked and having to make a purchase to use it.. this location has had several overdoses in their bathroom. Most places in bangor no longer have a public restroom due to the homeless population. I cant say i blame them. Drugs use and homelessness are real issues everywhere but especially in the bangor area. I never have issues with the workers, my coffee is always good, and when I need to use the restroom there is no issues because I am usually there making a purchase. This location is super busy and still makes my coffee right every time. And they have been making an effort to keep the bums from hanging around inside and outside. However, they can't do much if they make a purchase.“
“So cute inside. Real diner feels. Not a ton of seating and it does look like it could be busy on weekends but it's worth a stop. They have specials and home made jam and baked goods to go. Very homey and hits the spot. Way better to go here than ihop or dennys or something like that.“
“First off, there is easy parking for Frank's. That makes everything nicer. That they have been a fixture since 1945 is also nice, but the real test is the product. Being greeted by enthusiastic counter people was lovely. It was easy to figure out who was an employee by their hats and shirts-a very nice touch and nod to the past. Two thumbs up to everything we sampled, from gluten free cheesecake and yummy cookies to pizza. We are looking forward to sampling a sandwich or an entree during our next visit. Hopefully they'll be around for a lot longer--and by their track record, it seems like a good bet.“
