Just strange . That's all I have to say . I needed a coffee big time before my daughters doctors appointment . She got a strawberry colata . We sat down and hers was so sour . Not knowing what it was suppose to taste like we tried putting sugar packets in it . After 8 sugar packets and it was still so sour we decided that it wasn't going to be any better we decided to launch a complaint and she was going to get a frozen hot chocolate instead . The girl at the register says "oh it should have been sweet , maybe the sugar thing wasn't working" and I walked away . She charged me for the hot chocolate and scooted us over to the pick up area . No talk of a refund for the mistake or offer for a remake or anything . Just a throw away $5 drink . It was just strange the way she acted . It was bizarre . For a 11 year old to look at me and say "what the heck was that ? The coustmer service here sucks " ?

This is one of the best Dunkin's in the Bangor area. The people are friendly and take the time to learn your name if you come in regularly. My order is almost always made perfectly, on the rare occasion something isn't right, they are always happy to fix it without question or attitude.Parking: There aren't many spots for parking, maybe 8 or 10 out front and slightly more out back. However, this dunkin is fast so spots open up all the time.

I've ordered the same coffee here for over 2 weeks straight and not one time have they got it right and I day yes please thankyou and give respect regardless each and every time yet still disappointed honestly ! Ex hazelnut extra extra turbo shot with ice to cool it off and still burn my tongue every single morning or they forget the turbo shot ! Witch is paid for daily !
Arrived to find a group of people at the counter chatting loudly / shouting to a member of staff who they obviously knew. They were crowded across the entire counter blocking access for all of the other customers. They eventually left and a young guy asked if I was being served so I confirmed I'd placed my order at the kiosk. The fgirl who'd been entertaining her friends called my name, with only 1 of 3 items for the order. Fortunately the young guy stepped in to get the other items, and then had to get my receipt off the floor. The young guy was a total star, the girl was useless.
