“The place was pretty quiet when I visited and no one was throwing axes or using any of the games. The food was good, but nothing special. Had the Burnt Ends Dinner. The meat was tasty but pretty fatty. The BBQ Beans had a nice flavor but reminded me of Campbell's baked beans. The fries with BBQ dusting were just OK. They have a nice selection of draft beers.“

“My sister and I had an excellent steak dinner on Sunday August 14th - the steaks were perfect! But the most amazing thing was the personalized service from Brian, the manager - let me explain - After dinner we started the arduous"trek" down Rt. 9 back home to Eastport. It wasn't until Monday morning that I realized I had left my wallet there. To make a long story short, Brian went beyond "the call of duty" and sent my wallet back via Fed. Ex. on his day off ! Thank you Brian for helping an old lady assuage her worries - you' re a doll!“

“My husband and I ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from smoky's barbecue! we ordered smoked brisket, smoked turkey mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, beans & cornbread and the best Alabama white sauce ever! Everything we ordered was 10 out of 10! Highly recommend“
“I went to Mack's for the 1st time today. Mostly to see Collette. I knew the spot from years ago but WOW! So nice. I ordered a drink and chatted with a regular who told me what was good ( while yelling at the Pat's on tv) so I got a burger. It was delicious. In the back room there was old country music playing with seniors dressed up & dancing. The food and drinks were great. The atmosphere, AMAZING. I'll go back because I left smiling.“

“We had a rehearsal dinner catered by Moe’s a little over a week ago on Saturday night of Memorial Day Weekend. The event was in Bar Harbor. The food was excellent and plentiful. We had ribs, mac and cheese, cornbread, chicken, cold slaw , dessert and more. The two servers were the BEST. Mackie and Cody were great! Extremely personable and friendly to everyone. I would order from Moe’s again wthout a doubt.“
