I'm from the deep South. I have a hard time finding BBQ joints that are Southern quality in the North. This is one of those places. This tasted like home. They don't have a sampler, which is my only very slight complaint. They did, however, let me get a kids plate and add all the different barbecued goodness as sides. I have been coming to Moe’s for years! They are always consistent with great service, delicious food, and are quick! Today, I ordered takeout and one of my sides was wrong. No biggie, I got the mac n cheese on accident. The Mac n cheese is phenomenal by the way! But I ordered the skillet corn and I live 2 seconds away so I called to let them know I’d be coming back and not to worry about it! We had a rehearsal dinner catered by Moe’s a little over a week ago on Saturday night of Memorial Day Weekend. The event was in Bar Harbor. The food was excellent and plentiful. We had ribs, mac and cheese, cornbread, chicken, cold slaw , dessert and more. The two servers were the BEST. Mackie and Cody were great! Extremely personable and friendly to everyone. I would order from Moe’s again wthout a doubt.
