Amazing food, it was my first time going here and it was amazing, but the customer service was not the best.
Broadway is ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALD'S THERE IS!!!!
My order is never correct. Who has time to open a burger and look, seriously. I say no cheese, I end up with cheese. Ask for heavy pickles, I get none. Asked for milkshake, its always broke. You are better off going in and ordering that way if there's a mistake, you can show them. If you go through drive thru, you have a line of cars behind you, so if you order 5 burgers for the family, who takes the time to open every burger. Same at all the fast food places.
