Amazing food, it was my first time going here and it was amazing, but the customer service was not the best.
Takeout can be a long wait, but seems to be slowly improving.
So slow. I put in an order through the app at home, and when I arrive 35 mins later, it's still not ready and I end up waiting another 10+ minutes. This is a regular occurrence. What's the point of ordering ahead at this point?

McDonald's is a well-known restaurant offering great customer service and delicious food. The establishment is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with easy parking. The staff, especially a lively lady, keeps the place busy and lively, making the experience more enjoyable. Management is described as nice and understanding, and the staff is very kind and responsive. Customers note that this location is better than most McDonald's in the Bangor area, with food often accurate and served timely.
However, some issues have been reported. One customer found the Filet-O-Fish surprising small, while another was disappointed by long wait times despite using the app for quick orders. The new McDonald's model has removed self-serve items, requiring customers to wait in line for necessities like napkins or ketchup, which some find inconvenient. Prices are generally considered okay, though some find certain items like a hamburger at 2.89 a bit high. There was a case where a burger was over salted, and the customer called to get coupons but never received them, even after sending a picture.
Overall, the restaurant continues to be a popular choice, with friendly staff making visits worthwhile, especially for those who enjoy lively and efficient service.
