Why does this happen each time I come to this one? I got the 2 cheeseburger meal. The one I didn't get a picture of was flatter than flat. Like someone stepped on it! And please tell me how the one photoed, is okay??? Where did the rest of the bread go?

11:15 PM 2/27/24Was told they just couldn't figure it out because I'd used the app. It's 2 letters and 2 numbers, not rocket science. When I explained I had the receipt on my app I got told "well if I can't see it here I can't make it". Not worth my time for overpriced fast food, so i just left rather than hold their hand and show them how to do their own job. I went here because it was 11:15 at night not because I wanted to deal with a drive thru employee who has no problem solving skills or customer service capabilities.

They can't even make coffee. One time got mouth full of coffee grinds, and i mean literally a mouth full, coffee is often cold and order is never right. New breakfast manager i don't think has managed anything except messing food and orders up. Really never had a problem until she got there. Can't tell you about lunch as i do not go there during that time. Cross your fingers and hope they get it right

Was good service, clean and pleasant staff...Was totally caught off guard with the filet o fish sandwich....It actually Shrunk!! So small !! A little disappointed...no alot!!! ..

All I wanted was my regular double cheeseburger, but I realized the price had gone up by $1.40, making it $5.19. Union St and Main St are $1.40 cheaper, serving double cheeseburgers at $3.79. At least I can still get 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium soda for $16.85 at Union St or Main St. On Broadway, it’s $18.96, which is $2.11 more. Why am I paying $2.11 more at a Broadway McDonald's than at Union St or Main St? Not to mention, Union St will omit vegetables from the order on Uber Eats if you decide you don’t want pickles or onions. If you want cheaper prices I suggest Union or Main st.”
I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. Clicked arrived ASAP and went through the drive through and it took over 10 minutes (almost 15) to get my order. Why is McDonald's so SLOOOOOW? What is the point of using the app? It makes no sense. Are Gen Z employees really that terrible now? Can't wait until w replace them with bots.

Everyone knows McDonald's, but I guess this is the new McDonald's model. The food is the same but if you want napkins, a refill, ketchup, or anything else, Get In Line! There is no self serve items on the floor. I guess I would call this the annoying way to have lunch, but think of all the money they save on napkins as you wipe your hands on your pants.

When we placed our order I questioned the worker because it didn't look right she assured me it was what I wanted. When I received the food neither sandwich was correct. My husband went inside to get them corrected waited 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and when he came to the car....one was still not correct. We had to take parts from the first incorrect andwich and parts from the second incorrect sandwaich to make 1 correct sandwich. Staff is well worth the high wages they are receiving. I will NEVER go to this McDonald's again. Always terrible food and service.
