“This is one of the best restaurants in Bangor. I have been going here for years and never had a bad dish. Its styling takes strong inspiration from Japan, with sections with raised bamboo flooring in which you sit closer to the table. They also have regular seating, but the other sections are very fun and unique. The food tastes closer to authentic Japanese rather than other restaurants which are typically more Americanized. “I go here quite often, as it’s the absolute best boba I’ve had in Maine! The selection for shopping is amazing as well, and I’ve gotten to try a few things I’ve never had before! My absolute favorite boba is the black tea taro with tapioca pearls! I recommend Fat Panda Market to all of my friends and family, and I make sure they bring me my tea after they get their goodies! Staff is excellent, very kind, and the place is clean and well organized.“
