I have been wanting to try this food truck out for sometime now and I finally made it this morning and ordered some beignets and duck sausage gumbo to go to eat later today. I got home and ate the fresh warm beignets and a short time later I heated up the duck sausage gumbo as I just couldn't wait until later for just a taste of it as the smell of it wafting from the to go container was too tempting. all I tasted so far of the gumbo is the broth and it is amazing. so delicious...read full review
