A fun little spot by the river! We were starving after a full day of flights to get to Maine and craved a good burger. The menu was full of unique flavor combinations—it was so hard to choose! We got the Waterfront burger and the one with Canadian bacon and maple syrup on it (can’t remember the name). Both were great and the fries were excellent. The burgers are great. Located at the waterfront so you can enjoy the view as you eat.

Salt & Cedar offers a fantastic dining experience with amazing burgers. The smash burger, including the Night Smash burger with cheddar, pickled onion, brown sugar, hot honey and an apple butter smash burger, is consistently praised as the best. Dough boy bites are flaky and delicious, and the quesadilla boasts an epic cheese pull. Fries with fresh herbs are also a highlight. Customer service is fantastic, and food is prepared quickly. The pulled pork sandwich is flavorful with the perfect amount of BBQ sauce. While busy, the wait is a testament to their quality.
