Had the gumbo was wonderful and spot on and so was the shrimp po boy sandwich I highly recommend this place the person preparing the food was very nice and just around very nice

My friend and I stopped here for lunch while we were at the Common Ground Fair. The gentlemen who served us our food gave us a second, free lemonade to thank us for being volunteers at the fair, which was very much appreciated! Very good chicken over rice! Served to us piping hot. Chicken fell right off the bone and the rice had some nice heat to it.

Ca C'est Bon Food truck has two locations. I made it to their location they are at on su days which is 1492 state street, veazie, maine.I have been wanting to try this food truck out for sometime now and I finally made it this morning and ordered some beignets and duck sausage gumbo to go to eat later today. I got home and ate the fresh warm beignets and a short time later I heated up the duck sausage gumbo as I just couldn't wait until later for just a taste of it as the smell of it wafting from the to go container was too tempting. all I tasted so far of the gumbo is the broth and it is amazing. so delicious and flavorful. if you havent tried Ca C'est Bon food truck you are missing out on some truly delicious cajun cuisine. I will definitely be back to try more of their cuisine.

I finally made it to try this food truck this afternoon- he was just about to close and was sold out of most things but had crawfish and shrimp etouffee (I had tried this before in a restaurant and was not thrilled but was willing to try it again) and it was absolutely delicious! Such rich flavor and I would gladly eat it again! I cannot wait to try more. And the praline to finish was so tasty.

Some of the best étouffée I’ve had and I grew up in TX! Not a heavy gravy with mushy vegetables like most - lots of al dente veggies and seafood. Rice was also perfectly cooked!
