I have been wanting to try this food truck out for sometime now and I finally made it this morning and ordered some beignets and duck sausage gumbo to go to eat later today. I got home and ate the fresh warm beignets and a short time later I heated up the duck sausage gumbo as I just couldn't wait until later for just a taste of it as the smell of it wafting from the to go container was too tempting. all I tasted so far of the gumbo is the broth and it is amazing. so delicious...

Very good chicken over rice! Served to us piping hot. Chicken fell right off the bone and the rice had some nice heat to it.
