Dirty restaurant (always). Can’t order in person anymore. Slow. Orders are wrong.
The customer service is as bad as I’ve experienced, nobody is friendly and all these online orders only is getting ridiculous. Ordered a salad and wanted to make sure the dressing was in the bag and the employee said something like, oh our machine is broken… like why tf are you selling salads if you can’t offer dressing.
I just went to your Bangor location, where I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the front and they refuse to make me a quesadilla, which I have gotten for years. When I said that I’ve gotten it many times throughout the years the man on the line told me “things change hun” in the rudest tone I’ve ever received. I asked if they would like me to go on my phone and place it online, and the chef chimed in and said “you’re more than welcome to do that if you want”...read full review
