Not much of an ice cream shop if they never have any ice cream. Just go to Gifford's.

They close at 8, got there at 715 and everything was already packed up for the night and they refused to serve anything other than plain black coffee. This has happened on 2 occasions. I would understand if I showed up 5 minutes before you closed, but 45 minutes before closing is ridiculous.

Avoid if you have allergies. Didn't see the staff clean the stone once in between mixing. My ice cream was covered in the last guys peanut butter and brownieDidn't order either.

They say they close at 8, I got there with 10 minutes to spare but everything was put away and I couldn't get any of the sundaes you go to Cold Stone for. If you post your hours, you should not stop service before that.

The menu kept going black so it made it incredibly hard to decide what to order there was no option listed for what you could get mixed into your ice cream. I ended up getting a mango pineapple smoothie that was awesome and the kids all got chocolate ice cream with m&m’s there were all quiet so It was a win for me even with the menu struggles.

I really enjoyed going there to meet with people. The service is always friendly the coffee and hot chocolate and I absolutely love the Tim Bits!

Although the staff was nice, I wasn't used to having frozen blueberries in my ice cream. At other locations, they were fresh strawberries. But I can understand it being in the middle of winter and no fresh blueberries, but blueberries are specific to Maine so it was odd that there wasn't fresh blueberries, also, there was no display of ice creams to choose from like I'm used to seeing as well. Different locations different requirements. Who knows what the deal was with this location.

Cold Stone used to be amazinggg! But this one not so much. I got an ice cream cake and ice cream cupcakes for my husband's birthday. They were both DISGUSTING. The icing tasted like straight food coloring, the chocolate candy on top of the cupcakes tasted like plastic. Not even edible, so nasty. I was so upset! Just a waste!

Courtesy staff and super kind to make a "dog ice cream" (just whipped topping in a tiny cup) for my dogs. I haven't been to a Coldstone in years and was so very excited to find this one attached to Tim Hortons. They even offered my dog a Tim Bit. I love this place! They made my day. So very kind!!

Online says open 24 hours, we went by at 9pm and the place is shut down. Looks like they've been closed for hours. No sign on the door stating they're closing early or anything. Not impressed.
