1:45 today Went inside to order 4 chocolate cupcake ice cream and there was three girls working. There was no one at drive thru and no other customers inside. One girl said I don’t want to make them and she other 2 said we are too busy. So I said find then I’m not getting anything. This is very unacceptable. Very disappointing there today. You should get better help once’s that care and wants to work.

Came by at 7:08pm today and no one would take order in drive thru. Multiple people inside. Manager needs to take care of this issue.
This is an ice cream/blizzard only place but it's always been a complete pleasure to grab a blizzard from here, I've tried quite a few different blizzards out but my all time favorite is and will always be is the "Banana Split Blizzard" totally hard to beat in my book but I'm sure you all have your favorites and if you do then this DQ is the one you want to go to because this place has a really good group of employees and every single one of them will help you have your best ice cream experience that they can offer and they will do so with a smile. Hope this review helps with your decision to try this location if you haven't been here yet it's totally worth it
Parking: I've never had an issue finding parking here, there's 4 regular spots right out front along with 2 wheel chair spots and along the whole right-hand side where the line for the drive through is there's another 10 to 12 more spots and a few out back, even when it's super busy and at it's busiest there's always a spot or 3 open
Kid-friendliness: This place loves their kid costumers and takes good care of them, one day my wife and I decided to stop in for our favorite frosty treat and this poor little girl had dropped her ice cream and before we could offer to buy her a new one, one of the employees had made her a new one and handed it to her while another one was fetching the mop to clean up the mess
Wheelchair accessibility: There's 2 spots out front of the place and an employee will usually open the doors for you
I love this DQ! I went here all the time while at Husson, and the atmosphere was so pleasant! I'm headed to Bangor in a few weeks and plan to stop in again - I'll update then, but I'm sure nothing has changed.

I've been going to this DQ on Broadway since I was 11, and will raise my boys eating their blizzards until they have kids of their own.
