i don't usually leave reviews unless they are stellar or awful.A couple of days ago, I placed a pickup order and there was no sauce on my pizza. Now, to be fair, the first thing you see when you look at the order is no robust-inspired tomato sauce. If someone new or looking at that order quickly saw it, they may think I wanted no sauce, but after all the toppings, I added extra parmesan-garlic sauce.I've ordered from this location several times since getting here from work last month and have never had a negative experience.I called and talked to the manager, Tiffany and she was receptive to my complaint. I truly only called so they were aware, not looking to get a discount or anything. Tiffany told me she would give me a $10 credit on my next order which she came through on. Not only was there sauce on the pizza but there was extra drizzle on top as a nod to let me know my complaint was truly heard and resolved.That's excellent customer service and I wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge the effort and resolution.I appreciate it!

I ordered dominos takeout for the first time giving them a great tip and I got it with none of the sauce with the cinnamon twist.. or no sauce that I bought separately for my breadsticks.. not to mention they never answer their phone! I’ll never order

Best Dominos pizza I have had in a long time!I usually order from Dominos on Clinton St. but gave up because the employees can't read or make a pizza.What a difference at Stillwater Dominos! My pizza is cooked correctly and with ALL the toppings I ordered on it! Whomever worked Sept. 15th at 11pm, You made the best Dominos pizza I've ever had. I will never go back to that unmitigated disaster over at the Clinton St. Dominos.

Wish I could give no stars. Horrible customer service and disgusting food!! Seriously do not go here. Can’t get over how horrible the customer service was. Not a single nice person in the building. Spend your money else where

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed the order online. While I was sitting in my car waiting for the tracker to show my order was ready an employee brought an order out to my car even though I had put pick up inside and pay in cash. I put the order on the back seat of my car and went inside to pay. While inside she realized she brought me out the wrong order. I went back out and got the pizza and sandwich and brought it back in. The lady then proceeded to place the food I just returned to her and put it on the shelf with all the other orders. Once food leaves a restaurant it isn't supposed to be taken back and given to someone else. I doubt the health department would approve of that. I was then told my order was in the oven. I waited 20 minutes inside the restaurant and other orders came out but not mine. The tracker had stated my order was ready ever since she had brought the incorrect order. Needless to say I never got my order. They have no idea where it disappeared to. I was told they would have to make it again and wait another 45 minutes. I had them cancel my order. I then entered a case through their customer support and it has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from them or got my points back that I had used to receive a free medium pizza.
