When they are busy, they do not pay attention to orders for walk-in pickup if they don't include drinks. Waited 20 minutes inside the store after placing a mobile order for a sandwich before I arrived. No one asked about the order to tell me that they didn't have the bacon, but they were never going to actually make the sandwich. And the person who checked on it was less than pleasant or helpful as she didn't even offer to refund me. I had to ask for it. Very poor service! I didn't...read full review
I don’t eat at D&D, as I only get an extra large hot coffee with French van and cream. I go to 4 or 5 D&D locations a day as I drink 4 to 5 ex Lg coffees a day. Yes I am addicted to coffee. If D&D ever needs a poster child I am it. I travel from Va to ME for my job and I stop at many locations on my travels.
