Used to love coming here, most of the employees are rude and was lied to by the manager that they could never give me points or my rewards, then saying it’s the app, drive to union Dunkin and no issues, got free coffee and pints and a lot better polite staff.

Machine would work and continued to say order failed. Used both machines a total of 3 times. Staff told me to use a different card. I never got to use a card it failed before. Staff told me to use mobile app which also didnt work or go through drive through which was backed up to broadway. You should be ashamed of your staff.

I ordered a large ice coffee they left a whole inch and a half at the top empty.
This is hands-down the best Dunkin’ in Bangor. It’s the only one that gets my coffee right every time—perfect flavor and just how I like it. The staff is fast, friendly, and reliable. The service is always consistent, the store is clean, and they somehow stay on top of things even during the morning rush. I genuinely appreciate the care they put into getting orders right.

Honestly with the issues I have at almost every other Dunkin, this is my go to if I can do the small detour. Has yet to mess up an order after maybe 30 visits. Drive thru has short queue set up so it's usually busy but window staff works hard to clear the line.
