I ordered a large iced chai without ice, and received less than 1/2 cup of chai. I understand that company policy is to give you less if you order without ice, but less than halfway up the cup which is much smaller at the base than the top is robbery.

Most of the employees doing a good job! Some of them aren't that friendly but really irritates me is the lady in the drivethru with open scabs all over her hands. She hands drink through the window by holding the drinks by the lid. She has open sores on her hands without gloves.. its gross and not very professional to be handling food and drinks when you have open sores without gloves…

As good as any Dunkin Doughnuts outlet I've ever been to, the place is always pretty clean the bathrooms are usually pretty clean and tidy. Employees are eager to take your order and have your stuff to you fairly quick while they always have amazing attitudes (service with a smile) I've been stopping at this location while I'm in town for quite a long time now and I've only had to have them fix my order once and that's pretty rare because my wife and I are constantly receiving our orders from different places and there either someone else's order or we are missing something in our order, but it's not a huge problem at this location, these employees have their job pretty well down packed and in today's busy world that right there is a huge plus especially when you in a hurry to be somewhere
Parking: There's about a dozen to 15 regular parking spots to be had and 2 to 3 handicap parking spots so there shouldn't be any trouble for anyone to find parking at this location
Kid-friendliness: This place is super friendly with kids and I've even seen the employees give them their favorite doughnut or sneak in a few extra munchkins for them which is sweet
Wheelchair accessibility: There's either 2 or 3 spots at this location for handicap parking so no worries if your restricted to a wheelchair and want to go in for a coffee or for a bite, this place will treat you as a priority as well as most of it's customers

Every time I place an order for a bagel with cream cheese and butter, toasted, with all of it on the bagel, they forget 2 of the three things. I will get a toasted bagel with nothing on it, or one cold with a blob of butter and cream cheese. Its not rocket science. I cant imagine its too complex so I have to assume its malice and not incompetence..
