The food was ok, portion size left me hungry. The wait to get a seat was long the host seemed resistant to work with a party of 6. Took about 50 mins for our meals to get tot the table. Was no impressed with the presentation very rushed. Yhe bread rolls are delicious and the bakery has all the greats in one place.

To spend $110 on three lobster rolls and to see the two people with me have lobster spilling out of the bun, whereas mine didn't even make it to the top of the bun, I am done. Never again.

I have never been more disappointed with a meal. We go there at least twice a week the service was horrible. The food was even worse. my granddaughters food was burnt to the dish. You couldn’t get it off of the dish to eat it. The waitress knew it because she served it to us and never came back once to see if we needed anything., although she checked on all of her other tables. IThe manager took it off the bill but that’s not really the whole point the point is it never should’ve been served to your customers. I didn’t mention to the manager how the waitress acted. I wish I had now I spend a lot of money at that restaurant. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. if I ever go back to Governors it will be in Old Town certainly not in Bangor.

Delicious breakfast in Bangor, Fruit and eggs breakfast $10.00. Fruit was fresh, tasted like it was cut right before it was served to me. I had slice of cinnamon sugar toast, yummy. Also server was friendly and efficient and definitely a morning person.
I was not impressed. We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday and my food was ice cold. The waitress took it back for me and when she brought it back, the kitchen must have zapped it for 5 minutes because it was too hot. Then we ordered dessert to take home and I was missing mine. I called and they were supposed to credit my card but never did. We live an hour away so I can't just go there. I've worked in the food industry and my son has too and this is just unacceptable. I usually don't complain but we spent almost $200.00 on dinner for a special occasion and get treated like this, I have a problem with it. We don't make a lot of money. We will not be going there again. Apparently customer service/satisfaction doesn't mean anything to them.

I guess it's ok if you like bacon crumbs on you BLT instead of slices of bacon. It did leave a bit to be desired. However the fries and service was good.Kid-friendliness: Good place to take activ
