To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with the appalling behavior exhibited by the manager (I think her name is Jessica) at your establishment. During my recent visit to your restaurant, I was subjected to a series of uncomfortable and wholly inappropriate remarks made by the manager that left me feeling deeply disrespected and disturbed. Not only did the manager fail to conduct themselves with the professionalism and courtesy expected in a customer service role, but their behavior crossed the line into harassment. Their snarky comments and creepy demeanor created a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere that completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. It is completely unacceptable for any member of your staff, especially someone in a position of authority like a manager, to behave in such a manner. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, and I refuse to patronize an establishment that condones or tolerates such behavior. I urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue and ensure that all staff members are properly trained in appropriate customer service practices. Until such time as I am confident that steps have been taken to rectify this situation, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to share my experience with others.

I walked in for some grab and go pizza slices at lunch time. They were doing a Pi Day Special (3/14/24) so advertisered all grab and go large slices for $3.14. They tasted good and the counter person was personable and helpful. The only thing that I would say is if you are running a promo and it's 12pm then I would have more options in the pizza cabinet. I snagged the last Maui pizza and the only other choices were Buffalo chicken and cheese. I was hoping to try the new one you had advertised WITH the Pi day special which was the Pepperoni Bliss pizza.
