Very decent digs. Comfortable and clean, that’s the most important things. Outdated, but I get that. However, the prices at the bar are way way overpriced. And in the morning, $5 for coffee from a cranky guy. Ugh. But, front desk people were great.
Moving between Orono and Bar Harbor this hotel was the perfect spot. Rooms were clean, tidy and warm! Staff were super helpful, extremely pleasant, making the stay a good one. Gym wasn't too bad. Could have been bigger but suited my needs with the treadmill, towels and water.
This is a really good hotel. I wish all Courtyard hotels were the exact same. Awesome check-in. The two people that day were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet, clean, and up to date. Room was spacious, cozy, and nicely appointed. You can tell this hotel is very well managed. I wish Marriott had the same expectations for all Courtyards.

The hotel is conveniently located between Orono and Bar Harbor, with clean rooms and a helpful staff. The gym is small but adequate. Overall, it is a well-managed, quiet, and up-to-date hotel with spacious and cozy rooms, providing a pleasant stay experience.
