Highly recommended. I ordered the chicken popcorn salad and the gyro with rice. Both dishes exceeded my expectations. The flavors were outstanding, and the ingredients tasted fresh.
Be patient with the owner, the food is worth it. I'm a pescatarian, so the things that I have tried here are the fish, salads, and falafel. I've only ever ordered takeout. All of it was great! The fries were very fresh, hot and clean tasting. The fish was tilapia, which is a freshwater fish. It was seasoned very well with a terrific breading. The salad was made with fresh vegetables. Previously when I ordered the falafel (not shown in the picture), it was crispy, flavorful...
Good food and very nice owner! He gave us some falafel and fries for free! Very few halal places in Bangor. Plan to visit this restaurant again to try other stuff from the extensive menu.
