The BEST pizza in Bangor! We’ve been going here for pizza since I was a kid, and they still have the best pizza in town. The crust is perfect; crispy on the bottom, chewy and delicious. Generous with toppings and fast and friendly service. We’ve tried other places to compare, and Papa Gambino’s is still our favorite!
We were visiting from out of town and just so happened to find this place down the road from our hotel. It was so delicious. We ordered a medium Margherita pizza and large half pepperoni and sausage pizza with a 2L coke. I was expecting a lower price but everything came out to $41 which was a lot higher than what I was anticipating. However the taste was amazing, it was local, and everyone was very friendly. I always stop here for my Italian when in the area. Usually once or twice a year and I have always enjoyed it. My ham Italian on this visit was good but slightly soggy. Had a lot more pickles than usual so I figure that is probably why. My husband had the godfather and had no complaints at all. Will keep returning!
