What used to be fast food service, has now become a waiting game. Often wrong orders, and always asked if you want to round up. That should be left to the customers, not the business to always ask.

don’t expect what you order
Came an hour before close. Walked over from hollywood slots where I’m not from here. Workers were outside smoking. Was Told they were closed beside the drive through. They told the car in the drive through they were closed to lol
When you wait fifteen minutes for a bagel sandwich so they can toast the bagel, but get ice cold eggs is kind of ridiculous happens.All the time not to mention the low life that hangs around and come to your window every chance they get lock your cars

Placed a mobile order for breakfast so I could just pick it up real quick before work. I ordered a big breakfast with bacon and a biscuit. I get my order, and I drive 15 minutes to work. When I park and open my food, I realize they never put my pancakes in the container. I tried to call the store to ask for a refund and nobody picked up. It’s unacceptable really, it’s like if someone ordered a Big Mac meal and you just gave them fries and a drink. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I came in as part of the post-concert rush and they were cranking out orders so efficiently. I waited like 8 mins for my order and everything was perfect 👌

The food was McDonald's, there's not much else to say it was hot. The people were friendly. The prices were high, but there's no reason to take it out on a worker. So please just smile at him and remember he or her. I guess trying to get by like us.

Aight. I might be biased because I know the guy and he might be putting on a good show to impress me, but the reviews here aren’t giving Colby enough credit here.
He is close with his coworkers, and wouldn’t dream of intentionally hurting someone. He cares at least the bare minimum of what he does just like everyone else there getting paid minimum wage. He just wants to do his job, not make his life harder for himself and others by causing trouble, same with any other person who works in customer service like this; extremely underpaid, overworked, and understaffed — that’s only naming a few.
This is a stressful job. Do you need college, or even a high school diploma to work here? Absolutely not. Even so, Colby and his employees have to endure a lot, not just the angry customer or quick cry in the bathroom. The area this place is located is known for being sketchy. REALLY sketchy. This isn’t the only establishment in the area who has to lock the bathroom doors because so many people shoot up and/or overdose in the restrooms. He’s worked there for years. He’s seen a lot of the crap that people who look down on these jobs will never endure. Treat the staff nicely, they’re really just trying to make it thru their shift.
My only complaint is that the tables and doors feel like a plague has been wafted over them, but that’s what happens when the place is overstuffed that the manager can’t even catch a 15 minute break during a 8 hour shift.
If Colby gets in trouble for this, send corporate to my doorstep and they can sue me and come after what little assets a college student has in this economy. I’m so tired. Also this is a goddamn McDonald’s. Robots and machines cook your food. They’re so busy that they don’t have time to intentionally tamper your food. Unless they do. Which would be pretty messed up
Tldr: Colby is fire, y’all are just leaving bad reviews because you had a bad experience. People don’t leave as many good reviews when service is good compared to “bad”/bad service. But fr tho, if those other reviews are real then that’s not good :(
