Went to walk up with my three year old, there was an employee standing right next to the no smoking sign three feet from the door. Sad I can't even walk into a McDonald's without him walking through cigarette smoke to get there

I am throughly appalled with McDonald’s my clients bough coffee and they told them while they were waiting for me that they were tired of looking at them and they only had 30mins even if they bought another coffee. That is unacceptable I will be calling corporate.

Ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce. Mcchicken had lettuce but it was rotten lettuce. I called to inform them. Manager doesn’t even apologize for my order being wrong, let alone the rotten lettuce. He then blames me by saying the lettuce wilts if you wait too long to eat it. So basically, I got a wrong order with rotten food and told it was my fault, no apology or attempt to make it right. Kinda laughable honestly.
I’m only disappointed because usually this McDonald’s is the best one in town, but don’t think I’ll be stopping by again, anytime soon.

I took a nugget out of the box to feed it to my disabled daughter and there was a big nasty snot hanging off it. I am appalled and disgusted. It looks like somebody blew there nose on it or hawked a loogie on it. I tried to call and let the manager know and the phone just rang and nobody ever answered. I am so missed right now!
We all know and love mcdonalds! That's why it's #1 in the world! Same for here!

I was in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. My app times out which created a whole issue. Finally got my food and the friend were cold and stale, which isn’t unusual for this location but these tasted like they were from yesterdays lunch. I had to throw them away. This is a regular experience at this location and I can’t understand why they can’t get it right. There is always either an unreasonably long wait time, an issue with the order, or something. Never once had a good experience. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Edit: tried going back. Rotten eggs in egg McMuffin and hard as a rock English muffin. See image below.

If you ever order any extra toppings or have any special requests for your items you will never get them just a head up. You would think they would do as instructed when the items LITERALLY have a huge attached sticker telling them EVERYTHING the item needs. I have like 24 bucks worth of very small things I just never receive. Also never received a refund for a mobile order I placed because when I arrived it was 2 minutes after the breakfast end time when I placed the order 20 minutes BEFORE the end time so they just never made my sandwiches and told me to stick my thumb up my ass I guess
