The absolute best pretzel on the planet! Come on down for some amazing music and food. Incredible venue and friendly staff. What more can you ask for??
I love the service and the food was very good and came out hot. I especially loved the pretzel. My server Mj, was checking on me, making sure I had everything I needed, and more.
The older gentleman who works late nights and wears a cowboy hat and glasses was extremely disrespectful during our interaction. My friend and I were asked to leave the property after using a vape outside the building, unaware that this was prohibited. We were not given a warning or an opportunity to correct the situation before being told to leave. Penobscot Pour House is a great spot for live music, offering a friendly and quick service from the bartenders. The atmosphere is nice, with pool tables and big screens for games, making it a fun place to hang out. The bartenders are attentive and quick to serve, even when it gets busy. Karaoke nights are a blast, thanks to Eric, who keeps the crowd entertained. While bands can be hit or miss, when the music is good, it's a great time. The food is delicious, and there's a clean and friendly environment to enjoy. Free pool on Sundays adds to the fun, and the stage for music and food sound system enhances the experience. The only downside seems to be the lack of snacks, and although the bathrooms are clean and smell nice, they could use a deep clean.
