They served me a bag that had blood on it. When I informed them they fought with me about it and at the bare minimum they wouldn’t even give me a refund of $12. I had to get blood tests done because I had eaten some of the food before I realized. They didn’t even apologize, because they thought I was lying. Beware this McDonald’s, it’s food and it’s absolutely despicable employees.

I was supposed to get 77 cents in change. I got 75 cents instead. Somehow I doubt you'd be OK with a customer shorting you 2 cents. Also, the wait was absurdly long.

We went at around 8:30 just for the employee Ethan to gaslight us about not having breakfast burritos (despite their name they're avaliable from open to close) and even after their co-worker reinformed them this Ethan guy wouldn't back down. We then later came back to speak to the manager Jason just for him to snap at us aswell and act like he was above corprorate. If you really want McDonalds, just go to the Hogan Road location.

Edit: I gave them another chance 3 months later and my McGriddle with pepper sauce looks like this

I ordered and had to wait for 25 minutes for my food, after I got my food my order was still wrong, if I wanted to wait that long I would just go eat at a decent restaurant. When was fast food taking 25 minutes to get my food and they can’t even get it right very disappointed, go shop at any other McDonald or restaurant JUST NOT THIS ONE

I ordered on the mcdonald’s app at 10:09am to get my roommate and I some breakfast before class. I drove to the mcdonald’s and they canceled my order due to daypart change even though I ordered the breakfast 20 minutes before they switched to lunch. This is ridiculous and outrageous.

I don’t think in the year I’ve been going here, that I’ve ever gotten a correct order. Something is usually always missing. I do mostly mobile orders on the way to work so I can’t always wait around for 20+ minutes, or to check and make sure everything is there the first time, and not in a second back placed out 5 minutes later. The fries have never been salted. I’ve been ripped off $20 + orders before, and due to it being mobile order I was given no refund. Avoid if possible.

This location is hard to get into — it’s right at a weird intersection, which makes turning in and out a bit tricky. We ordered through the mobile app, but they didn’t get our order right. We had to tell them what we actually ordered, and the staff wasn’t very friendly about it. Definitely double-check your order before leaving to make sure it’s correct.

I stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. It was by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I know you can't ask too much, but I was in the parking lot waiting while other vehicles got their food and were sent on their way. I had all I could do not to blow up at the poor Young kid that was trying to do the best he could. Management is terrible

The food is always great, order rarely wrong.
However wait times are usually quite long. Although it is fast food, a few of the workers present themselves in a way that is.. not appealing when you are dining in to eat.
