ordered the Nutella Drink and it's gonna be my new go too. thank you so much for providing yummy exceptional drinks
Great employee's just to small and to man orders for such small location and if u have a door dash here ull be waiting for while before u get your order
Good coffee! I could see my breath while sitting jnside, don’t know why the heat wasn’t on
Atmosphere is an appropriate level of hip, tin ceiling, aesthetic concrete walls, fake plants. Bagels are excellent home baked! Very affordable prices but lox bagel was lacking capers. Coffee is mid but no hot chocolate on the menu???

I typically always order from door dash but I figured hey why not stop in for once! It wasn’t even busy, no one in line, and I had three girls in front of me completely ignoring me for 10 minutes and I have severe anxiety and you can literally see it on my face cause I start getting blotchy cause they kept looking at me and continued to look at receipts and wipe down the counter, the taller one with dirty blonde hair finally came up to me and was absolutely rude to me and literally said “sorry I’m busy, then came back said what do you want?” With so much attitude and all I did was exist, I will absolutely not be ordering from there ever again.

I paid for extra ingredients in my smoothie. When I got the smoothie there were no extras in it. When I informed the cashier of the mistake they told me I would have to buy a whole new smoothie if I wanted the extras. Very disappointing.

Did not enjoy my food at all. I ordered a BLT bagel and the sign says " thick cut bacon ". They use microwave bacon that is see through and instantly crumbles, the bagel was soggy untoasted and very sweet ( supposedly an herb bagel ). Not sure which local bakery they get them from but they need to find a better source. Won't be going back.
Don't come right now. No coffee. 30 min wait for tea. And no working bathroom...at all.

the pumpkin roll was delicious! I like that they make their own pumpkin spice syrup. love the vibe!
Most of the time and completely ignored by the people behind the Counter. It always takes an irritatingly long amount of time to get anything from here.

My daughter and I went to Nest. Bangor was a super busy spot this past weekend due to 2 sold out concerts being held in town. Most places had long wait times, the Nest was one of them. But our lattes came promptly and when ordering the cashier told us it was going to be a wait so we expected it.
I must say the latte was the best I had ever had ( lavender latte ) and when our bagel breakfast sandwich arrived it was amazing.
The staff all kept smiling no matter how long the line got and it was clear they were trying their best and loved their jobs! When we came back to Canada we raved about the cafe! So t change a thing!

Waited over 50 minutes for a silly breakfast sandwich. They weren't even super busy. This place is awful. There's nowhere to even stand and wait, when it takes that long for one thing it totally ruins your day. I don't recommend this café.

Pillows everywhere at a food establishment, yuck! Poor atmosphere, super compact. Bad vibe. The food was meh.

Great food- but takes 45 min for a sandwich since the business prioritizes door dash orders over in store customers. Starting to understand why some businesses don’t accept DoorDash, it ruins the in store experience

Came here in the summer and had a really bad experience. Flies and gnats kept swarming my food, I had to return it because I was genuinely worried about eating the gnats that kept landing in it. I think their AC was also off or broken, because myself and the other patrons were sweating through our shirts.
The staff was very nice though, and gave me a refund on the food. I did enjoy my drink, the nutella-coffee smoothie, though. It’s very good, but it’s 10$ for a small. I think the rest of the food is overpriced too, but coffee seems reasonably priced.
Visited again in the fall to see if they had the heat & flies under control, I know it’s really hard to keep flies out during summer, but they still had flies buzzing around all the lights this time, too. The seats, cushions, and shelves all look quite dirty and dusty, too. They also still keep the inside very warm. Please turn on your AC sometimes, Nest Cafe.
At least, the space is very accessible. I’ve had no issues getting in or out in my wheelchair, and the baristas are very accommodating.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance door isn’t too heavy, I had no issues getting in or out. Space inside is large, open, and flat. Tables and counters are wheelchair-height, and the chairs provided are easy to move out of the way. Staff even brought my food to me, to save me the trouble of maneuvering an open bowl with no arms available, ha!
