Great beer and so welcoming! My dogs and I visited all the way from Georgia and they wiped the raindrops from a table for us to sit outside even though it was still sprinkling. The staff asked if we wanted the umbrella up and made sure the dogs had a water bowl. Great hospitality, great tunes at the right volume, very sweet clientele, but the beer is worth a visit no matter what. Wish I saved my appetite for dinner because the food smelled and looked incredible. Highly recommend.
We visited Orono Brewing while on vacation in Maine. It was great for us as we had two teenagers that enjoyed playing video games and hanging outside on their rather large dining area. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained while Mom and Dad drank a beer. The beer is just okay. The hubby is a beer snob so a little picky when it comes to craft brews. The food menu however is great. There is plenty to choose from and everything is made to order. I recommend the pork tacos....read full review

Perfect way to get a taste of the local flavor in Bangor. Great beer, atmosphere, and conversation.The woman working was very knowledgeable about the beers on tap as well as the area and recommended things we should do before leaving town.Prices were pretty friendly as well!
