I recently dined at Blaze and had a mixed experience. While the food was enjoyable and the location was convenient, the service left much to be desired. My French toast was tasty and the restaurant was clean and up to par in that aspect, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by lapses in service. Food was very complex. Flavors you wouldn't normally taste singularly but combined makes a hell of a plate! Tastes fresh and service was great! I bit into a twist tie. But it was worth it!!!

I was disappointed because it's a restaurant that can provide a nice atmosphere, but we were seated at a table crammed in the corner next to the entry to both! the kitchen and bathrooms. It was really bright because of the overhead lighting plus the wall behind us and the lights when the bathroom door was open.
