Great atmosphere, great food and great service!
Really delicious looking menu. Water to the table is with glass, no ice, I love that. Pizza was delicious we ordered fig and ricotta cheese on half and wild mushrooms with spinach on the other half. We will going back to have more creative and delicious items.
Blaze was the perfect first meal of my birthday trip to Maine! The steak crostini and oysters were delicious, and Nolan brought such a wonderful vibe to our afternoon. We had a great experience from start to finish—it was a fantastic way to kick off the trip. I’d absolutely come back!
