Got home from getting takeout and my wife ordered a haddock sandwich. We came home and opened this up.. We reached out to the restaurant and hoping they will make it right.

Premier Irish pub located in the heart of Bangor ! Offering a great selection of draft beers and packaged beverages, Paddy Murphys has a great ambience of a true Irish pub. Staff at friendly and helpful, fairy priced,
Live music really setting the vibe for a week night which was a great touch!
And if you’re hungry, do yourself a favour and try the food ! It won’t disappoint.
Off street parking. However can get busy in the area to find a park depending on time of day,
Will always recommend the Paddy Murphys for your next night out.

Great pub fare in a classic Irish pub atmosphere. Lots of burger choices (I had the curry burger) plus classics like cottage pie and bangers & mash. Irish tunes playing and lots of beer on tap.

They were busy so service was a little slow. The food was real good. Staff was friendly. Parking was difficult, but there was a concert somewhere close by.

The staff is very nice, prompt, and helpful. Inside, the atmosphere is cosy. Outside, is pleasant until motor cycles rev by.
There are lots of tasty choices on the menu (I really like the sweet potato fries.)

I cannot drive 6 hours from Montréal to eat there and come back (!), and say the good isn't good, right ? Menu has completely change since my last visit (2019), and they sort out my favorite meal (Irish stew in a bread bowl), but that's ok, because EVERYTHING is good !

The butternut squash salad was super tasty. The fish and chips were pretty neutral. The fish was slightly overcooked but the taste was as expected. It's a great spot in Bangor with nice outdoor seating. I would return again.

The big brother at the door was a real gem, and Tyler behind the bar was super personable! Would definitely grab drink here if I'm in the area

Great little Irish pub! Tuesday is open mic night for Irish music. About 10 people showed up with everything from fiddles to flutes to a harp. Great times!
