I asked them for a large pork fried rice and the lady was very rude. 1 she made me repeat myself like did you not hear me clearly the first time. 2 she HUNG UP on me when I told her what I was wanting to order like okay girly pop. I don’t recommend she was a Karen 100%

Stopped at the Broadway Pizza Hut to place an order. After 15 minutes one of the two staff acknoledged that I was there and asked what I would like. Ordered told it would be 25-30 minutes. Upon return for my pizza I was informed it had been given to another customer and would I like their piza. I informed the staff that I did not want someone elses pizza. They apoligized. no offer of a discount nothing. Service is so bad I will not waste my time again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered by phone for pick up. Lady on phone told me order was $15 total (two 1 topping med pizzas) but when I arrived, total was $18.94. I did not argue but did tell her what I was told. She just said "well, she was wrong". This was my first time there so thought I had made a mistake, but discovered later I was right. Whatever happened to the customer always being right???

Salad bar needed to be changed out everything looked dried out. Look like it was sitting there all day. The hot food was actually good. The service wasn't so great.. Shouldn't have to ask for extra plates to be removed.

They apparently had no heat cause they had household space heaters right by the booths . I was warned not to burn myself but it was really close to the table and was uncomfortable plus I don't think that's fire code. Waitress was ok told me it would cost extra for cold marinara sauce. They got rid of the pizza buffet table which was a negative. Pizza OK but crust is like a cow tongue might want to work on that

The service was great ,I called ahead with my order and when I got there to pick up my order it was ready to go & service upon arrival was excellent ?.The food was delicious and hot .I had ordered personal pan Pizzas ? ? with pepperoni.I rate the entire service ;☆☆☆☆☆ five ? ? ⭐️ stars
Beware of using a gift card at this location, as they now use Doordash for delivery and their system doesn't communicate to Doordash that the order was paid for if you use a gift card. I tried to treat my parents to pizza since they had cash to tip & instead they just had to pay cash for it all so the driver didn't lose pay. And then Pizza Hut wouldn't refund the gift card without an in-person visit so we're both out $50, thanks Pizza Hut! Oh, and complaining on the Pizza Hut website doesn't get you any call backs either.

Went to pizza hut in bangor on Broadway, Ordered food, wings and pizza. Manager brought pizza out, stated that they forgot to put pepperoni on it. Had to stop cooking it half way through to add the pepperoni. Pizza was undercooked and made me sick to my stomach. Will not go back there

Place is under renovation, so the parking lot and everywhere is a mess. We are there around 2:00 in the afternoon, try to go in to place an order and the door is locked. Are they closed? Nope. Go around back and yes, they’re open with the customer entrance locked. If I hadn’t promised my kid a pizza, well honestly, I wouldn’t have been there in the first place. (How can you not realize by the afternoon that not a single customer has come in? Is it so normal to have no customers? Why not just close down while renovations are ongoing?) So the worker unlocks the door, we go into the small little hall of the takeout counter, and not a single menu of any kind to be found. No restaurant menu, take out menu, specials menu, just nothing. When the person comes over to take our order, I ask her about the take-out only deal and it becomes clear, they will not be honoring any deals. (Again, if I hadn’t promised my kid, I would have left.) So instead of getting the $10 deal, we paid the $16 regular price and THAT’S WHERE YOUR TIP IS! Pizza was acceptable but it’s Pizza Hut, it was never gonna be good.
