“Ordered by phone for pick up. Lady on phone told me order was $15 total (two 1 topping med pizzas) but when I arrived, total was $18.94. I did not argue but did tell her what I was told. She just said "well, she was wrong". This was my first time there so thought I had made a mistake, but discovered later I was right. Whatever happened to the customer always being right???“
