Gosh dang was it good. We got the breadsticks and a pizza and loved it! We will probably be back.

Clearly labeled vegan ingredients from crust to sauce to toppings. They need to make the beer and wine list also clearly labeled for vegan as well (non-vegan beer and wine is filtered through fish bladders). Staff is always friendly and helpful the place is always clean!

So I am a semi-regular at this restaurant. I love this establishment very much however, my most latest experience was not favorable at all and honestly ruined my whole experience with the establishment as a whole. So I showed up looking to have a good meal and Maddie, the waitress shows up. She brings us to a table, has us wait 5 minutes for drinks. This is fine, there are other people in the restaurant. From the time we put our order in to when we put our food order in was about 15 minutes. My table had mostly run out of drinks at this point, we are tired and about to leave. We order apps and our food, she never brings our apps out. She refilled everyone’s drinks when she put our food orders in, 25 minutes later our food comes out. Before I can even ask where our appetizers were she walks away. She doesn’t check on us again until the check comes. She never even rung the appetizer up, was flirting with a customer at the bar the whole time we were there, and I personally spent half of the visit with nothing to drink because she wouldn’t stop talking to the same guy. The service was minimal and overall borderline offensive. If it was busy I would understand but there was maybe two other tables, this one guy at the bar, and us. It should not take almost a half an hour to even put a food order in. I usually tip generously however, this was the first time I refused a tip in an establishment ever.

Kristina was the best person to deliver a little kids birthday dinner. Great energy and really listened to my 5 y/o's tall tales. Pizza was great, but the giant cookie (with a lit candle may I add) and vanilla ice cream was just one of the best desserts I've ever had. So simple, perfect execution. Compliments to whoever made my sangria as well. S-tier memory.

The manager is never on the floor during business hours. Usually spends all his time sitting downstairs in the office watching videos. The food safety procedures are sub par at best. They don’t follow time and temperature standards. Cooked chicken and food items left out on top of sinks of dirty dishes for hours at a time. Rats, rodents, bugs running around rampant in the basement with all the coolers and dry stock. Tables all have a nasty film on top of them from not being properly cleaned. Failed several health inspections but some how stay open. The

UPDATE: Went back to try a Calzone. Ordered 3 of them. They looked decent when I opened the box however when I tried cutting into it, it was complete mush. The dough wasn't cooked inside and the thing was basically inedible. I tried to resuscitate it by putting it in the oven which helped a little. The meat lovers was supposed to have a garlic dough, it DID NOT and was missing pepperoni. How do you have a meat lovers with no pepperoni? The 2nd one was supposed to be a basil dough, It was not! The three of us ended up picking through it to eat some of the meat and cheese, the rest went in the trash! What a waste of money! I won't be back anytime soon, unless they make things right.
Great service and amazing food with a big selection and even customizable options. The only issue is that the building is rather cramped and is typically very loud.
