Best subway store in the Bangor area! I ALWAYS request extra extra tomatoes, this is the only store that doesn't "push-back" with my requests to pile it on! It's obviously the people here who care about the customers, all subway stores carry similar items, great job guys, you keep me coming back!Vegetarian options: They will make it anyway you request them to make it.

Great breakfast foot-long sandwiches...on wraps. They were out of flatbread, but the wrap worked. Tomatoes were barely ripe, but everything else was fine.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible & close to front door.

14.25 for a sub with no soda or chips I think that’s a lil bit high and then lady did not put enough meat on it and was rude , when you can go down the street and get a plate of bbq moes or kfc for less than

I visited this Subway location today. Hunter was working the counter, and I explained that I had very specific dietary needs for medical reasons. He was extremely kind and helpful in accommodating my needs and made me the best meal I've been able to eat in a month. Thank you Hunter and Subway!

Speedy, nicely done. This.lovation used to Skimp, if you ordered a wrap you only got the meat/ingredients for a 6" when every other subway did 12"... so It had to be management/owner skimping. Stopped going here 2 yrs ago and always drove to the one by Home Depot. But didn't want to take the time, so stopped in. The gal waiting on me was from another.location and was training, so it WAS done correctly this time! i hope it stays like this as I work nearby. Subway is.pricey now,.$40 for 3 subs....no drinks or anything else... BUT IF they do the wraps right, I will come back. Skimp and NO THANKS.

We went there on Thursday June 30th 2022. Placed our orders and were very disappointed with the service and the quality of our food. The food server started by putting meat that was out of date and disgusting looking, the white bread didn't look or taste right, the lettuce was starting to brown. While handling our sandwiches the server was trying to hide how bad the ingredients looked, she didn't listen to how things were ordered, then she tried to put ingredients on that were not asked for.I got sick to my stomach after eating a quarter of the sandwich. I vomited in the parking lot and tried to go back in but wasn't able to so I called and asked to speak to the manager there and was told that the manager was on the phone and would call me back, 15 minutes later after vomiting several times the same person who answered the phone and said the manager was busy called back and said she was the manager and when we explained what happened the woman was very rude at first but when I told her about the vomit in front of the store she changed her tone with me and said she would have her store owner call me. I am still waiting for the owner to call me back. I mean how hard is it to contact me when I gave them my number? Needless to say I am never going back to that location again.

I haven't been into a subway for like 3 plus years, and the staff on around 11 a.m today provided excellent customer service!! It is nice to see that now adays! Awesome job to the gentleman and kind lady working today!!
