Don't sleep on this amazing bakery! We stumbled in, asked some questions which were expertly answered, and left with a slice of pumpkin Biscoff cake which literally took our breath away. My photo didn't do it justice (plus I sort of slung it around and the layers separated) but when my daughter took her first bite, she gasped then moaned. It was that good. Nice people, great food, amazing ambiance. Go. Now.

Question for SugarRay Baking: How is it possible that a peanut butter cookie can be this good? I just experienced the best peanut butter cookie I've ever had in my life. Are you using some kind of divine magic for baking down there? I assume you can't actually tell me your secrets even as friendly as you are. Now I have to figure out how to make time in my work day to come down now and then, and I'm going to have to get those nutter butters too. Please don't ever leave Bangor!

I collaborated with Rian on an anniversary cake and she completely knocked it out of the park! Not only did she put such detail into the the cakes Hawaiian appearance and theme, it was utterly the best tasting cake I have ever had. She was so fun to work with, such a cute spot Downtown and overall the best cake creator I have worked with. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone for any occasion!

We cannot say thank you enough to Ryan and the SugarRay Baking Co. team for making the most unbelievable wedding cake, blueberry gallets and whoopie pies! From the first bite of at our tasting, it was love at first bite! Even my husband who falls into the âdoesnât really like cakeâ camp quickly decided âokay but I do love this cake!â upon tying it.Ryan made it easy to coordinate from out-of-state and now we have a new must visit spot whenever we come through the area because the lemon blueberry cake is life changing!
