I visited Maine back in August, and here I am in March still thinking about this place almost every week, that’s how good it was. I ordered the chicken salad, and without exaggeration, it was the best I’ve ever had. It’s officially my new standard for comparison whenever I order chicken salad anywhere else.
I truly can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re anywhere nearby, make the stop. I’m already looking forward to the next time I can go back.

Lack luster food from an aged menu. The service was par considering the upscale nature of the place. We enjoyed the meal, and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going there. Just not someplace I’ll visit twice.

I ordered the Smoky Tomato pizza, which was flavorful, but cold. I seems they baked the pie to perfection, but then added cold tomatoes and a small dolop of mozzarella that wasn't melted. Those additions to the pizza made the pizza cold, and ruined it for me.

Food was good waitress was rude and not available would disappear for 20-30 min was not busy at all never was offered and refill on my empty drink and seemed to be more served by the food runners I work in a restaurant I’m usually very understanding but this was ridiculous
My wife and I shared a lovely night out together. It was our first time at Timber. It delivered. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops and french onion soup. Both were great! The ribeye was exceptional as well. We finished with a tiramisu and espresso martini. Absolutely delicious!!! From start to finish we were extremely satisfied. Thank you Jessica for your professional service and to Timber for a perfect night out!! We will be seeing you again soon!

delicious from the appetizer, maple glazed brussel sprouts, to the entree being the lobster roll special which has a decent amount of lobster meat, and also our drinks providing a wide range of mocktails, we had a blueberry lemonade. my husband and i spent our anniversary lunch here and do not regret. worth every penny.

I didn’t know that this place was in a hotel, so if you’re not into that…still give it a shot!
Atmosphere was gorgeous. We sat at the bar but the seats in the dining room looked super comfortable.
Food was great. Lots of choices but I could only eat so much! Tried the bruschetta sampler and the beet one was amazing. I had to fight my family for each piece of calamari I could get. My prime rib was cooked at the right temperature and I ate everything on my plate.
Definitely would go back. I would recommend it for a fancy date, girls night, or in the mood for a nice grown up meal. Pricey if you’re drinking and doing more than one course but it’s worth it.

It was very packed. There was an event at Cross Center. They put as at a table for 2 which was fine but the tables are close to others so we could hear everyone talking at the other tables. It was hard to get in and out of the table because it was so close to 2 other tables. I asked for water and did not get it. Drink prices (alcoholic) were pricey as was the food. We each had 1 drink (2 of us) and ordered burgers and it was $70. So with the tip it was $84. The burgers were delicious.
