We always enjoy eating at Timber. We always do an annual Christmas dinner in the domes and never have had a bad experience. Two years in a row we have had Katya as our server. She is fabulous!

We made a reservation for a business holiday get together in an outdoor globe. It was so magical, warm but not too warm. We had controls for the heaters and they even have outside ventilation if needed. Our waiter Jax was so sweet and attentive. Id absolutely request him again if he's available. Our food was great, the ladies enjoyed their drinks and Jax even helped us customize a few things. I loved my blueberry fog and the harvest board was the best. Thank you Jax for helping us ladies celebrate and feel so well cared for ❤️

Looking for a nice place for lunch, we stumbled upon Timber, and what a wonderful surprise it was. The online menu immediately caught our attention—healthy, creative, and thoughtfully curated without losing the chef’s touch—and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautifully designed interior, which felt both upscale and cozy. Even more striking were the gorgeous domes outside. We were fortunate enough to snag one for lunch and were absolutely delighted. The dome featured two adorable fireplaces that kept the space warm and inviting, accented by beautiful LED lighting and festive décor. The custom rustic wood door felt like stepping into a fairytale. The food was excellent. We started with the carrot hummus, which was fresh and flavorful, followed by sumptuous Brussels sprouts and perfectly prepared burgers for our main course. Not quite ready to leave such a lovely setting, we lingered over Earl Grey tea, soaking in the ambiance just a little longer. Our server, Katya, was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, adding to the overall feeling of being genuinely cared for. It’s clear that whoever owns and manages Timber has put tremendous thought into making it feel like a beautiful home rather than just a restaurant. The staff is top-notch and clearly very well trained. We don’t make it to Bangor often, but when we do, Timber will absolutely be on our list. We are seasoned travelers and can usually find a good meal, but it’s rare these days to experience great food paired with such a memorable atmosphere. You might even bump into a celebrity or two—but whether you do or not, you’ll be treated like one. Kudos to the management and staff at Timber, and thank you for a truly memorable experience.

My wife and I, enjoyed Sunday brunch at Timber Kitchen And Bar in Bangor, ME. We had the pleasure of Sophie as our server, who was professional, very capable and entirely lovely. The menu was enticing making our selections difficult and exciting at the same time. The food was delivered timely and presented beautifully on lovely dinnerware. Everything tasted wonderful and was delicious. Sophie made sure everything was satisfactory and came around with perfect timing to refill our drinks and see if we needed anything. We will certainly be back not just for future Sunday brunch but also for lunches and dinners. Location was awesome but could not get a parking place literally (the only downer to the experience) ...sat near gaslit stove keeping a cozy glow to our experience a lot of people but noise level was sedate...surprisingly not extreme Food was phenomenal...came out same time for the 4 of us and zinging hot plates... everybody loved their food...this was the 1st visit for my wife and I and we definitely will be back After the excellent food experience, what impressed me the most was the service...Justin was phenomenal...very professional and he was so genuine and personable ...very polite...he gave us just the right touch of attention but it was not overdone as to bother us...the supportive staff in paying attention to clearing our dishes was amazing to watch unfold as well... the wait time was not excessive...allowed us to visit...we had several entrees, so it kept a good pace as to delivery...getting our decadent sundaes seemed a little longer but with a caliber quality restaurant like yours it was worth the wait ... as to pricing you get what you pay for...I often remark to my wife you don't mind a reasonably priced meal if quality, quantity and the experience support it...I was not disappointed so much so that we want to return and bring other friends and family I will end by stating not necessarily often as with some of the higher priced meals because of affordability it won't be a regular but for special times experience for us
