What a gem this place is. We heard great things about this place and wanted to try it out while visiting friends in the Bangor area. We went in the evening (around 7pm) for dine-in. The atmosphere was great. The service was great. The food was EXTRODINARY! Fresh and delicious. We all shared appetizers (Gyoza). Yum. Yum. We all ordered build your own noodle bowls with broth. Mine was DEVINE! See photo. I ate the entire thing. Mine had pork, ramen, egg, broccoli, and so much more....
I came here over the weekend and did the build your own ramen bowl and a boba tea. The ramen was delicious. I loved all of the vegetarian and vegan options they offered and the ramen really hit the spot. The only reason I’m docking a star is because the boba was awful. I don’t know if they overcooked it or they make it in bulk and let it sit in water, but the boba was really mushy. So mushy that it didn’t even go up my straw and it got clogged and I couldn’t drink it at...
