Excellent pizza, unlike other local places!

I had really high hopes for this pizza. They closed for a while, re-vamped the menu, so I was excited to try it out. I got the white clam pizza with a co-worker. I have had a few clam pies from other restaurant in New England. Unfortunately this was the worst one. It was extremely dry.. the clams were chewy and had no flavor. Every other white clam pie I have gotten from other places had a creamier base, and fresh clams. This was also over seasoned with oregano or thyme. Sad to...read full review

The Philly cheesesteak could benefit from a few added toppings, but the quality of beef is outstanding. The salad options, like the UP chop salad, are a great choice and underpriced. The restaurant's layout is interesting and open, with a nice breeze and no flies in sight. While the ordering and payment process can be a bit confusing, the food is good and the people-watching is great. With a selection of specialty pizzas and the option to make your own, Urban Pizza is a great choice for in-house dining or take-out.
